Are you a commercial studio or a home-based business?
Our business is made up of a small group of highly experienced videographers who have all had years of experience in all types of event coverage.
What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
Anderson Wedding Video Productions offers all types of videography packages from minimal 3 hour,1 camera packages to multiple camera coverage with footage artfully edited to perfection in every detail. Standard or high definition formats available on either DVD or Blu-Ray discs. We provide the raw footage for archiving if requested.
Describe any special editing services you offer:
We can provide basic editing of our finished dvd's for our economy package rates.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
We carry our own soft lighting gear to location and provide just the right amount to be pleasing to the clients and guests yet add beautiful full color moving images.
How many videographers do you work with?
We have over 10 camera operators that have a proven track record of professionalism, promptness, dependability and client satisfaction.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
We offer free consultation with both the bride and groom to discuss their needs and plan a binding contract.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
If I am requested personally, I guarantee my presence unless approved by the couple in advance. It will be in writing.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Most wedding and special events are booked well enough in advance to make it clear and concise regarding the videographer that will be on-site. This would all depend on a binding deposit and contract agreement.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Yes. Guaranteed.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We use the latest digital cameras in the industry and they are well maintained at all times and perform well in low light situations. Crystal clear audio is captured with state of the art wireless mics and coverage can be hand held, tripod or both (if a 2nd camera is requested).
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
We provide at least one sometimes two sets of equipment to all our locations and keep it nearby if needed.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Just one break is sufficient.
Do you charge overtime?
Overtime would depend on the total hours discussed and contracted. The overtime fees are $80.00 per hour if needed.
Do you give access to your raw footage?
We do release the raw footage if requested but suggest we keep it until no further versions or copies are needed.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for promotions, contents, etc.?
If we have permission in advance from the bride and/or groom, we may request to use a brief highlight of it for our website.
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
The bride and/or groom can have un-limited input to the editing process. We can provide a timecoded copy for exact edit decisions and graphics.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Between 30-60 days unless a rush is requested.
