Amanda was FANTASTIC! We are so happy with our beautiful wedding pictures! She communicated great with me prior to our wedding, arrived early to our event, and was so much fun to work with. She captured so many moments that I wouldn't have even thought of (for example, she caught a picture of my grandmother and my niece interacting, which happened to be the oldest and youngest in attendance at our ceremony! How awesome is that!?) We had a beach wedding and she was able to move us around in different spots to catch the best lighting on the prettiest spots on the beach. She also even walked knee deep in the water (in her maxi skirt) to get great shots for us! Amanda has a super bubbly and fun personality and was so easy to work with! We are so pleased with our decision to hire Amanda and recommend her to everyone!

Amanda was an absolute pleasure to work with leading up to our wedding date. In our calls leading up to our big day, Amanda was friendly and listened carefully to what we wanted. When we met Amanda for our engagement photos, which happened to be at our rehearsal dinner, it felt as though we had known Amanda for years! She just has that warm and natural personality.

Our wedding day was seamless. Amanda was shooting away without interfering the special moments. When it came time to do a few posed pictures, Amanda was quick, calm, cool, and efficient. We were able to get all the photos in we had "planned" very quickly! We were able to enjoy the wedding day with absolutely zero frustrations or worry about photos :)

I hired Amanda McMahon for my engagement pictures in May 2016. My fiancé and I had been together for nine years and never had professional photos taken. We are awkward in front of the camera and I was EXTREMELY nervous for these pictures to turn out nicely. Hiring Amanda was the best money I'll probably spend throughout the entire engagement and wedding process. Our pictures turned out fantastic and I can't even begin to express my gratitude and satisfaction!

From the beginning, she's been extremely flexible with rescheduling as we've had rain and other things come up. We decided to have our pictures done with our pup at our neighborhood beach and they turned out stunningly. I was worried because it was a tad gray out... I was worried because we didn't know how to pose for lovey type photos... I was worried my dog wouldn't behave (and he didn't!) but nothing phased her (not even the wild animal I call my pet) and every photo she captured was amazing. She has an excellent eye for seeing great backdrops at your location, gorgeous poses, angles etc! Every single photo is gorgeous and it was so hard narrowing down our final package!

Not only was Amanda a more economic choice, but she also was the sweetest, most responsive and actually accommodating. Why do I say this? Because I felt like the other two photogs I contacted were less interested in my business/accommodating with their/my schedule when I told them I was not interested in booking a wedding photog package at the time -- I just wanted the engagement photos. I never felt this with Amanda. She was an AMAZING value and you will not be disappointed.
