Throughout the entire process, Erin was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and provide thoughtful recommendations. The months leading up to a wedding can be overwhelming, but she took so much off our plate like coordinating with vendors, communicating directly with our venue, and ensuring every detail was handled with care.
When it came to our rehearsal and wedding day, Erin and her team were absolutely flawless. The rehearsal was seamless and efficient, and on the day of the wedding, everything ran perfectly according to plan. If anything went wrong, we had no idea, which is exactly what you want! Erin made sure we stayed on schedule and handled everything behind the scenes so we could be fully present and enjoy every moment.
We had zero stress on our wedding day, and that is entirely because of Erin. We truly cannot recommend her enough, she is simply the best!

Our wedding was at Ruby Hill, and when I met Erin at the venue, every staff member greeted her with such excitement and immediately told me I was in great hands. Seeing how everyone lit up when they saw her spoke volumes about her reputation and the respect she has in the industry.

Erin made wedding planning a DREAM!
My daughter Katie (the bride) found Erin—though I’m still not quite sure how—and we are so thankful she did. Having not planned a wedding in nearly 40 years, we quickly realized we needed help, and Erin was the best decision we made.
She was our calm in the chaos, our steady voice of reason, and the light guiding us through every step of the planning process. Erin connected us with amazing vendors, gave Katie monthly “homework” to keep her and her fiancé on track, and held regular Zoom check-ins that kept everyone in the loop. She always reminded Katie she could call her anytime with questions or concerns—which gave us so much peace of mind.
On the day of the wedding, Erin was everywhere—handling every detail so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She made sure the dresses were fluffed, candles were lit, and even took my purse to my table just before I walked down the aisle. I’m sure there are countless other things she did that I’ll never even know about—but I felt completely taken care of.
Because of Erin, I was able to focus on being the mother of the bride, and my daughter got to fully enjoy being the bride. I truly can’t imagine doing it without her—and now, I feel like I’ve gained a friend, too.
