From the very beginning, our wedding planner made this entire process feel so much less stressful and so much more exciting. Planning a wedding after 15+ years together and with 5 kids could have easily felt overwhelming, but Erin helped bring our vision to life in such a beautiful and organized way.
She listened to every detail we wanted, answered all of our questions, and truly cared about making our day special. From the planning process to the wedding day itself, everything flowed so smoothly because of her hard work, communication, and attention to detail.
Our wedding day was honestly everything we dreamed of and more, and we are so thankful for all the time, effort, and love she put into making it happen. We were actually able to enjoy the day and be fully present with our family and friends knowing everything was taken care of.
We couldn’t recommend her enough to any couple looking for someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond. Thank you for helping make one of the most important days of our lives absolutely perfect!

We are very grateful to have Erin with us through the whole planning process. As it was an out of town wedding we relied on Erin’s connections and guidance to bring the wedding together in less than a year. The day of the wedding we were able to relax knowing that Erin was in charge and orchestrating the chaos of herding a wedding party around from photos to the reception. Erin is truly the absolute best and was hands down the best investment we made during our wedding planning process. From day one, she brought an incredible level of expertise, organization, and calm that made everything feel so much more manageable. When it came to our rehearsal and wedding day, Erin and her team were absolutely flawless. We were very pleased to have Erin as our wedding planner. Even though we didn't have that much time to plan our wedding (only about 5 months), she was able to help us plan everything pretty smoothly. She was always very responsive and supportive. We would not have been able to have such a beautiful wedding without her help, taking care of contacting every party involved, from music to catering. And during the day of the wedding, she was also taking care of every little detail, making sure that the party would move along as planned. -

Erin was absolutely incredible from start to finish.
My daughter Katie (the bride) found Erin—though I’m still not quite sure how—and we are so thankful she did. Having not planned a wedding in nearly 40 years, we quickly realized we needed help, and Erin was the best decision we made.
She was our calm in the chaos, our steady voice of reason, and the light guiding us through every step of the planning process. Erin connected us with amazing vendors, gave Katie monthly “homework” to keep her and her fiancé on track, and held regular Zoom check-ins that kept everyone in the loop. She always reminded Katie she could call her anytime with questions or concerns—which gave us so much peace of mind.
On the day of the wedding, Erin was everywhere—handling every detail so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She made sure the dresses were fluffed, candles were lit, and even took my purse to my table just before I walked down the aisle. I’m sure there are countless other things she did that I’ll never even know about—but I felt completely taken care of.
Because of Erin, I was able to focus on being the mother of the bride, and my daughter got to fully enjoy being the bride. I truly can’t imagine doing it without her—and now, I feel like I’ve gained a friend, too.
Hiring Erin and her team was hands-down the best money we spent. I cannot recommend them highly enough. -

My now husband and I worked with Erin for a year leading up to our wedding! She is absolutely fabulous to work with! We enjoyed all of our monthly meetings and always felt like we were on track. Nothing was ever missed! Planning a wedding is stressful and I can’t even begin to explain what a relief it was to have that much-needed peace of mind all year long. Erin was in constant contact with all of our vendors making sure everyone was always on the same page, aware of our wedding day timeline, and in the loop when any changes were made. Erin is also really easy to get a hold of. She was always quick to answer our calls and texts if any questions came up. A couple months out from the wedding, I started getting a little stressed and anxious about the big day, as any normal bride does, and Erin was always there to calm my nerves and there to reassure me that everything was going to be okay. And everything sure was! Our wedding was a huge success! Everything ran so smoothly, and if anything went wrong, my husband and I definitely weren’t aware of it! We could not have had the successful wedding we did without Erin’s help. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding - or any event. We are so happy we went with Allora Event Designs to execute our wedding day! She was a preferred vendor at Ruby Hill .Our initial meeting with Erin showed us that she really knew was she was doing, she had everything outlined for us and was very organized. She always promptly responded to any questions or concerns we had and was of course prompt for our rehearsal and wedding day.
Erin understood what vision I was going for and executed it exactly how I had imagined. She was in close contact with all our vendors, created a clear timeline of how the day panned out, and everything seemed to work out smoothly.
Erin knows Ruby Hill inside out due to the amount of events she's planned there. So if youre planning to have a wedding there... you know who to go to.
I would definitely recommend Allora Event Designs to anyone I know looking for an event coordinator! -

Erin is THE most amazing planner and just a joy to work with. She is the definition of a professional and made me feel at such ease throughout my time working with her. She is communicative, prompt with her responses, and beyond efficient. My vision for our wedding was for us to just show up the day of and be present, and Erin and her team ensured that this happened. I was not at all stressed on my wedding day, and I know a huge part of that is because of Erin working hard behind the scenes. All of my family and bridal party commented on how kind and personable Erin is (and how rare this is when dealing with day of coordinators/planners), and my husband and I couldn’t agree more! I would recommend Erin to anyone with no reservations. We were so happy with how our wedding turned out, and our guests commented on it being one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to! 10/10 recommend! :) -

We can’t say enough good things about Erin! She came through for us in a very uncertain time and, because of her, we had the most beautiful, intimate, and seamless wedding day.
We began planning our wedding before the pandemic had begun; we had a tight budget, yet were fairly particular, and Erin spent countless hours guiding us through money considerations, vendor references, quotes, and counseling us on creative ways to think about making the most of our day. The wedding planning process is difficult to navigate, but we knew we were in good hands with Erin, who made sure she was respecting our core wishes about the style of our wedding. It’s all the more impressive because we were probably difficult to work with and had a hard time following through on tasks - but Erin kept us on track.
Then, the pandemic began and we had to make rounds of adjustments to our plans and our expectations. Erin calmly talked us through all sorts of possibilities and helped us to move forward on a fairly last-minute plan to execute our wedding day dream at our original ceremony site, but with different plans for meals and guest accommodations. We married in a beautiful ceremony with our immediate family, and Erin made sure everything worked perfectly—she set us up with a wonderful floral artist, worked with the venue (which was closed at the time we married) to set up chairs, etc. for the ceremony, and coordinated with our photographer and restaurant to make sure the timing, the look, the feel, and the magic was all very much in place.
We could NOT have done it without Erin. She was our wedding angel and she made sure we had a gorgeous and easy wedding day after navigating us through the pandemic wedding landscape with grace, humor, and confidence. We are so lucky to have had Erin! Anyone would be so lucky! -

Working with Erin Russo was easily the best decision we made in terms of planning our wedding. From our first meeting to the big day, Erin was prepared, thorough, and absolutely great to work with. Erin worked with us step by step in the months leading up to the wedding and delivered on every detail the day of. On our wedding day, we were able to truly enjoy the day as we knew we were in great hands with Erin on site. My friend spoke highly of Erin and team so we decided to have a call, then ultimately, to work with her. In the first call, she impressed us by being the only vendor to respect our wishes around having a hybrid wedding where we wanted to splurge on some items, but keep others under a budget. For example, Erin suggested not renting a sound system and crew, but rather using a bluetooth speaker for our first dance - which worked out great. We stayed in close touch before the wedding, and she took the time to go above and beyond, visiting the site, staying on top of all the vendor details, and continuing to make thoughtful suggestions given our specific wedding. To give you a sense for how integral Erin was to our wedding, thanks to her help and intros we found our photographer, rental place, florist, and musician! We literally wouldn't have had the perfect wedding we did had it not been for her. Last thing I'll say is on the day of, as a bride, I wasn't even aware of everything she and team did - which I appreciated!!! I was crazy stressed with other things, so the fact that Erin silently took care of the florist, the table settings, putting away all the chairs after the ceremony, collected the bouquets and displayed them, displayed our ketuba, lit the candles, and a host of many other things I'm sure I still don't even know about is everything!! I've been a part of weddings where the bride had to still manage things, but thanks to Erin, I didn't need to and could concentrate on my special day. -

Erin was the best addition that we could have made to our wedding planning process. She is so organized and knowledgeable about every detail and really helped guide us the entire way. We would have been LOST without her!! On the day of the wedding she made sure every thing happened without a hiccup. And if there was a hiccup, I have no doubt that she would take care of it professionally and efficiently because that’s just how she works. Do yourself a favor and hire Erin for all of your wedding planning needs, she’s the absolute best!!! -

TL/DR - Erin is a fantastic planner and coordinator! You'd be in excellent hands partnering with her for your wedding (or other event).
My husband and I are two professionals in tech with a COVID puppy. After getting engaged, our priority was to minimize the stresses of planning a wedding during a pandemic, in less than 12 months. That meant hiring a planner! We interviewed 4 planners and landed on Erin because she was professional and fun, provided value to us during our consultation with ideas she thought would work well for our wedding, and her overall personality was a fit to work with us through the ups and downs of COVID wedding planning.
--> Side note: We went with her middle package (more than day-of, but not full planning). In retrospect, we wish we'd paid for full planning! She's that good and it would've taken more off our plate. If your budget allows, we recommend this to all our friends now.
Erin really proved to be a great hire! One very important contribution was vendor recommendations. There are SO MANY professionals out there it can be overwhelming on your own, but Erin has a great idea of which vendors suited our particular vision. Our contract included contract reviews and some vendor management, which also helped us a lot! Towards the end, we were able to tell her changes we wanted (example extra linens) and she'd work with our rental company for us, saving us extra calls.
She has some good organization tools to support you (i.e. lists and trackers). I was really impressed when it came to the day-of coordination stuff as she uses good software to manage this important information.
When it came to weekend of coordination, she really outdid herself. My maid of honor said it was the most organized and tightly run rehearsal she'd ever been to! And on the day of the wedding, we trusted her and her team to handle any of the things that pop up. In fact, the wind picked up as I walked down the aisle and my veil got caught on my shoe. Erin ran up and saved the day. There's no problem she can't solve!
And lastly, when you work with someone for close to a year, it's hard not to feel they are friends! We got to bond over dogs and favorite wineries. If we ever have a party in the bay area that requires event planning, we'll reach out to our favorite planner!

Above and beyond!
Hiring Erin was one of the best decision we’ve made in regards to our wedding! Just the idea of planning a wedding started to stress me out. Erin made it all easy. I originally came to her wanting to ask her to be a Day of Coordinator…and I’m so glad she turned that idea down. She made us understand that as a wedding planner, you work behind the scenes and it’ll just make more sense to walk through the planning together. She’s just so friendly, we felt that our monthly meetings was just a hang out with one of our friends to talk wedding deets.
She’s very organized and really made sure our vision came to life. I get a little emotional thinking about it, but Erin really did that. Our vendors, wedding decor, wedding party, logistics… ALL of it were all taken care of and we owe Erin so much for making sure of it.
There are not enough thank you’s to be given to even come close to letting you know how much we appreciate you, Erin!! We're so thankful for all of the hard work she did before and during the wedding. Come wedding day, we had nothing to worry about, because we were able to wholeheartedly trust that Erin would take care of everything. At one point, she brought me eyelash glue during the reception (it wasn’t mine).
I honestly could go on and on about how amazing Erin is, so before I type a 5 page paper… This is all just to say, you will not regret choosing Allora Events as your wedding planner. They’ll take care of you :) WE MISS YOU ERIN! -

Getting engaged and planning a wedding can be so stressful, and its one of those things that people don't always tell you about.
After seeing the amazing job Allora Events did at my friends weddings a few years ago, hiring Erin and her team was hands down one of the best decision I made when it came to planning my wedding. Erin helped make this one of the best experiences for my family, my husband and I.
With frequent meetings every few months she helped me with my vendors, my checklists, my signs, music, my decorations/visions and everything in between come to life. There are so many details that you don't think about when planning a wedding, Erin made sure everything was taken care of.
My wedding day was the best day of my life and its safe to say if Erin hadn't been there to help deal with the other vendors and little issues that had occured throughout the night, then I wouldn't have had the best night of my life.
My mom and I have referred Allora Events to many of our friends even for last minute help for their weddings that she had less than a months notice and she did an outstanding job. We can't wait to use Allora Events for my sisters weddings in the future. -

AMAZING! That’s what I have to say about Allora Event Designs. It is no easy task to smoothly organize and execute a wedding with grace, style and elegance. That is exactly what Erin and her team accomplished. We recently worked with them in SF on a wedding for a beautiful couple. Erin Russo was wonderful to work with. We decided to go with the ‘wedding day coordination’. This means, we had monthly check-in, an hour phone call/via zoom, and on the side unlimited text messages/phone calls/emails exchange (if the Bride or Groom) had any questions through out wedding planning process. This was so great because we were able to reach Erin ANYTIME of the day. Erin was so lovely to work with and listen to her clients. We had so much fun in our meetings, sometimes we would all get sidetrack, talk about random things and joke and laughed the whole time, but was able to get things done in our hour meetings zoom. We got married at the Club at Rubyhill, the staff was so pleasing to work with. So, every couple has a budget and flowers are the top most expensive in weddings. We went through many meetings with Florist, couldn’t find the right Florist for us and they also had very high minimum. This is why you have you a wedding planner, Erin found a prefect florist for us. We had a great Team. Three weeks before our wedding, we did had troubles with our tight timeline. We did have to cut a few things out; therefore, Erin helped executive a plan of direction for us. We didn’t feel stressed. If you are looking for a wedding planner and feeling indecisive, we promise you Erin Russo and her Allora Team will make your wedding dream come true. -
