Wedding/Event Planning/Day Of Coordination Services

Accents Unlimited will help you with every or any aspect of planning and coordinating for your wedding or special event. Whether you are planning from out of town, need day-of coordinating services, want assistance finding the best vendors that will fit into your budget,  or desire someone else to hold the reins from proposal to honeymoon, we are here to help.

Accents Unlimited promises to go above and beyond in our efforts to serve you as well as your guests.  Our creativity, resourcefulness and relationships with vendors are all at your disposal.  

DJ Services

We run a smooth show with class, intelligence and professionalism. The music is customized to fit any theme/style for your event -to your specifications.  We will discuss your needs from start to finish, the level of interaction you want, etc. We take pride in our communication with our clients. We will be in contact often to go over all details and make sure it is what you want.  The equipment  we use is modern and progressive and our music library continues to grow. If we don’t have a song you want, we will get it! Please note that we are NOT a multi-DJ company.

Invitations and More

We also do custom invitations, programs, menu cards and other paper-related projects. We create the style you want. We specialize in the pocketfold style but can do any other style you would want. Look at the photos section to see just a few of what we have done (more to be added later). Price is based by a flat fee plus materials. We have a great pool of resources to obtain materials at a lower cost. Contact us for more details.

Slideshows

We have just added slideshow presentations to our services! We can create a customized slideshow to be played at your reception. We will provide a projector and screen, if needed as well as give you 2 DVDs. We painstakingly work on timing, the right music and sequence so that your family and friend are moved with emotion! DJ Details

Describe your DJ style: My style is modern and laid back. The couple is the center of attention-not the DJ. I do announcing, organize and create a playlist (with you) and implement a smooth timing of events in the time alloted. I keep the dance floor full!

How many other DJs do you work with? I work with my husband, Mark. I am the main DJ and do all announcing.

Do you have replacement DJs in case you become unavailable on the wedding day? Yes.

Do you specialize in any ethnic and/or international events? I would be happy to do them.

Is the bride able to meet the DJ before booking? I encourage at least one meeting, if not more. I take pride in my communication with clients.

If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the couple, do you require that they provide it? No. Just let me know what the song is and I will get it! If it is an original (i.e. from a band they know/song written and performed by another) and unavailable for purchase or download, I would then need a copy of it.

What is your usual attire? Semi-formal. Usually black dressy top and nice pants. NO jeans. My husband usually wears black slacks and black shirt.

Do you bring your own equipment? Yes.

What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service? I offer a small gobo (custom logo additional), small fogger, Par 38 lighting system, Chaser, X-Ray, Starlight 2.

What is your minimum amount of time you will DJ for? For a wedding, it is 5 hours. I can make other arrangements if a special situation arises, but generally it is 5 hours.

Do you usually emcee the reception and/or talk between songs? I will emcee as per couple's specifications.

Do you take any breaks? No.

Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks? Yes. Someone is ALWAYS present at table.

Do you require a meal break? If yes, do you require that the wedding party provide your meal? We request a meal to be provided since we will be working during mealtime hours, but it is NOT a requirement. We eat at our table (hidden behind our facade).

How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site and/or couple provide a table for you to setup on? We always arrive 1-2 + hours prior to the event. We provide a table, full skirt/covering and a facade. Picture on website.

Do you have any extra space requirements? We try to see a venue beforehand to judge the space needed. We ALWAYS contact the venue coordinator to discuss logistics.

What is your overtime rate? $50 per half hour.

Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge? If the venue is far away from our home location, a mileage fee will be assessed.

Invitations Details

What is your average turnaround time, from initial contact to shipment? I need a minimum of 1 month. But have done them sooner...

Are you able to meet clients in person to showcase your product? Absolutely!

How many planners do you work with? I always have an assistant with me.

What style of wedding do you specialize in planning? ANY!

Do you support or cater to any specific cultures? I can work with any type of culture. I do not specialize in any specifically.

Do you support or cater to any specific religions? I can work with any religion. I do not specialize in any specifically.

What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past? I have worked with guestlists ranging from 75-300.

Which venues have you worked at that you are familiar with? With past clients, I have worked with: Long Vue Club, Bradley House, PNC Park, Oakmont Country Club, Le Mont, Sheraton Station Square, Pittsburgh Zoo, Soldiers & Sailors and many more!!!
