Choosing Events on a Budget was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My planner, Daniella, was absolutely amazing — incredibly organized, attentive, and supportive from start to finish. She made the entire planning process feel seamless and was so easy to work with. No matter the question or challenge, she always had a solution or thoughtful suggestion, which made me feel completely at ease throughout the process.

The florist, Eudely, dedicated so much care and attention to bringing my floral vision to life, and the results were beyond beautiful. The team’s coordination and partnership with vendors was truly impeccable. On the wedding day, the entire crew was beyond attentive, allowing me to fully enjoy every moment without feeling an ounce of stress. I’m so grateful for this team and cannot recommend Events on a Budget enough!

Daniella is an amazing, attentive, and detailed planner helping us plan our destination wedding from across the country. From our first meeting to the day of Daniella was so in tune with helping us plan our dream wedding and executing it to perfection. My husband and I worked closely with Daniella and Allison to plan our November 2025 wedding for a little over a year - and we cannot recommend them and the EOAB team enough. We did the WIAB package that included full planning, and it was the wedding of our dreams! Daniella and Allison excelled on every front - were incredibly knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire planning process, were able to advocate for us as their clients to external vendors, oversaw all communications with ease and organized efficiency, were extremely flexible when we wanted other vendors not included in the WIAB package, and completely brought what felt like an abstract idea created in a pinterest dazed frenzy, to life. My husband and I are both from Miami, but live out of state now - so having a team that was able to be flexible with us, while being transparent with communication was SO important - and the EOAB team was that and so much more!

We originally interviewed many wedding planners who borderline laughed at us attempting to have a wedding of 150-200 people for the budget we proposed in Miami. When we met with the EOAB team, they crunched the numbers before us even signing a contract and assured us that they would be able to make it happen - and they completely delivered. Obviously, with changes in vendors or ideas for design, come some changes to the budget - but Daniella and Allison handled every change with full communication, transparency and ease. There were never any hidden costs, and they always sought to find us multiple options at multiple price points if available. They are always honest with what kinds of things will work, or may not work for your budgeting, location, time constraints, etc. As individuals who have no background in event planning, but still are somewhat type A and want to be apart of the process, this is crucial!

Throughout the design process, I accumulated pinterest photos and described an extremely abstract idea of what I imagined for our wedding day- almost instantaneously, Daniella and Eudely (our amazing florist who deserves her flowers too!!) understood my vision - and completely delivered day of. I cannot tell you how many guests communicated to us after the wedding that it was the MOST BEAUTIFUL wedding they had ever been to, with specific notes to the florals, little details, and organization (which is saying a lot, considering it was considered a middle budget wedding in Miami!).

Daniella and Allison are truly so amazing at what they do - they are passionate, hardworking, and genuinely just such a pleasure to work with. Every meeting we had was so much fun while also being efficient and informative. I cannot emphasize enough how good of hands you will be in if you work with them. Words cannot describe how grateful we are to have had them throughout this process to create what was the best day of our lives! Thank you EOAB team, and thank you Daniella and Allison!!!

The team at EOAB is truly fantastic! They are very personable and want to make sure the couple feels heard and valued. The quoting process for their Wedding in a Box package was admittedly a bit frustrating in the beginning since they offer package pricing instead of itemized pricing. This made it a bit tricky to make informed decisions about what to include/exclude. HOWEVER, once I started working with my planner(s), they were truly amazing and so helpful. I experienced a unique situation where my planner shifted about 1-2 months prior to my wedding due to an unexpected internal change (not their fault at all). Though I was a bit nervous about this transition, EOAB did a fantastic job to make sure I was taken care of through the entire transition and eased into the handoff gradually. For example, both planners attended my pre-wedding walk-through meeting, and I was SO grateful for their time. Daniella and Allison (my planners) were so thorough, patient, and communicative with me throughout the entire process (and I ask a LOT of detailed questions), and I am so incredibly grateful for their support. They truly made me feel so supported, reassured, non-judged, and so much more!

Don't let the "budget" part of their name fool you - nothing about EoB feels like a budget wedding except the price. Our wedding was a beautifully orchestrated event, right down to the gorgeous flower arrangements, delicious food, talented photographer, and excellent coordinator. We were so very glad to work with Daniella to create our perfect day! It was nothing less than magical.

Wow where do I even begin! The Events on a Budget team are truly amazing. Daniella was my wedding planner, but she was also my advocate and biggest supporter. She made the process so easy and fun, she was also extremely detail oriented and ensured that I was comfortable with every decision. Working a full-time job and planning a wedding is not possible for everyone but having Daniella was a blessing. I trusted her and the whole team with my vision, and they delivered. I adore them all! Daniella and all of her team where a pleasure to work with. My biggest concern was finding someone who was familiar with working at our venue since everything needed to be brought in. Luckily, they were very familiar with the Ancient Spanish Monastery and their team. Our day was seamless.
