Choosing Events on a Budget was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My planner, Daniella, was absolutely amazing — incredibly organized, attentive, and supportive from start to finish. She made the entire planning process feel seamless and was so easy to work with. No matter the question or challenge, she always had a solution or thoughtful suggestion, which made me feel completely at ease throughout the process.
The florist, Eudely, dedicated so much care and attention to bringing my floral vision to life, and the results were beyond beautiful. The team’s coordination and partnership with vendors was truly impeccable. On the wedding day, the entire crew was beyond attentive, allowing me to fully enjoy every moment without feeling an ounce of stress. I’m so grateful for this team and cannot recommend Events on a Budget enough!

BEST wedding team in Miami, and probably in the world!
My husband and I worked closely with Daniella and Allison to plan our November 2025 wedding for a little over a year - and we cannot recommend them and the EOAB team enough. We did the WIAB package that included full planning, and it was the wedding of our dreams! Daniella and Allison excelled on every front - were incredibly knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire planning process, were able to advocate for us as their clients to external vendors, oversaw all communications with ease and organized efficiency, were extremely flexible when we wanted other vendors not included in the WIAB package, and completely brought what felt like an abstract idea created in a pinterest dazed frenzy, to life. My husband and I are both from Miami, but live out of state now - so having a team that was able to be flexible with us, while being transparent with communication was SO important - and the EOAB team was that and so much more!
We originally interviewed many wedding planners who borderline laughed at us attempting to have a wedding of 150-200 people for the budget we proposed in Miami. When we met with the EOAB team, they crunched the numbers before us even signing a contract and assured us that they would be able to make it happen - and they completely delivered. Obviously, with changes in vendors or ideas for design, come some changes to the budget - but Daniella and Allison handled every change with full communication, transparency and ease. There were never any hidden costs, and they always sought to find us multiple options at multiple price points if available. They are always honest with what kinds of things will work, or may not work for your budgeting, location, time constraints, etc. As individuals who have no background in event planning, but still are somewhat type A and want to be apart of the process, this is crucial!
Throughout the design process, I accumulated pinterest photos and described an extremely abstract idea of what I imagined for our wedding day- almost instantaneously, Daniella and Eudely (our amazing florist who deserves her flowers too!!) understood my vision - and completely delivered day of. I cannot tell you how many guests communicated to us after the wedding that it was the MOST BEAUTIFUL wedding they had ever been to, with specific notes to the florals, little details, and organization (which is saying a lot, considering it was considered a middle budget wedding in Miami!).
Daniella and Allison are truly so amazing at what they do - they are passionate, hardworking, and genuinely just such a pleasure to work with. Every meeting we had was so much fun while also being efficient and informative. I cannot emphasize enough how good of hands you will be in if you work with them. Words cannot describe how grateful we are to have had them throughout this process to create what was the best day of our lives! Thank you EOAB team, and thank you Daniella and Allison!!!

Amazing Wedding Planners!
The team at EOAB is truly fantastic! They are very personable and want to make sure the couple feels heard and valued. The quoting process for their Wedding in a Box package was admittedly a bit frustrating in the beginning since they offer package pricing instead of itemized pricing. This made it a bit tricky to make informed decisions about what to include/exclude. HOWEVER, once I started working with my planner(s), they were truly amazing and so helpful. I experienced a unique situation where my planner shifted about 1-2 months prior to my wedding due to an unexpected internal change (not their fault at all). Though I was a bit nervous about this transition, EOAB did a fantastic job to make sure I was taken care of through the entire transition and eased into the handoff gradually. For example, both planners attended my pre-wedding walk-through meeting, and I was SO grateful for their time. Daniella and Allison (my planners) were so thorough, patient, and communicative with me throughout the entire process (and I ask a LOT of detailed questions), and I am so incredibly grateful for their support. They truly made me feel so supported, reassured, non-judged, and so much more!

Classy wedding at a budget price
Don't let the "budget" part of their name fool you - nothing about EoB feels like a budget wedding except the price. Our wedding was a beautifully orchestrated event, right down to the gorgeous flower arrangements, delicious food, talented photographer, and excellent coordinator. We were so very glad to work with Daniella to create our perfect day! It was nothing less than magical.

Working with Daniella and Events on a Budget was hands down the best decisions we made for our wedding! I went straight to EOAB as soon as I got engaged, after attending my aunt’s stunning wedding that Daniella had planned and from the very beginning, I knew we were in the best hands.
Daniella was kind, patient, and professional from day one. Finding someone who matched my level of attention to detail was such a gift! She made sure every single item on my checklist was completed to perfection, and her curated monthly to-do lists were exactly what this Type A bride needed.

Great communication, professional, took care of everything we needed
We are beyond grateful for Daniella at Events on a Budget! Planning our wedding felt overwhelming at first (especially since we didn’t have a strong vision and wanted to keep things minimal) but Daniella took our vague ideas and turned them into something truly beautiful.
Our venue, Redland Koi Gardens, was honestly difficult to work with at times, but Daniella handled everything with professionalism and grace. She took the stress off our shoulders completely and navigated every challenge without creating unnecessarily stress or drama.
Her communication was incredible throughout the entire process, she kept us in the loop without ever making us feel burdened, and she anticipated needs we didn't even know we had. We had difficult family dynamics she took care of and we were mostly incident free. She took charge and day of made sure I had everything I needed and only came to me when absolutely necessary. From the smallest details to major decisions, she made everything seamless and stress-free.
If you’re looking for someone who truly gets it and can deliver magic on a budget, Daniella is it. We can’t recommend her enough!

Events on a budget is absolutely necessary to help ensure your special day is well organized and runs smoothly! Kristy was very patient from the beginning to help me determine which vendors and packages I wanted to include in my wedding in a box bundle and Daniella was just so helpful and organized with every little thing from expenses to coordinating every detail with all the vendors and of course the day of making sure everything was running on time and beautiful and a wonderful experience! Thanks so much ladies for all your hard work! The only thing I wish they would do differently is give you a price breakdown from the beginning of what each vendor would cost through the package. They did ultimately accommodate that for me.

Everything I wanted and more
Eventsonbudget provided me with the wedding of my dreams. They made us dreams come through in real life. Kristy was our wedding planner and she took care of us from beginning to end. Just keep in mind even though they offer more affordable packages it is not cheap. Almost about every upgrade depending on what you want will be an up charge but you can be flexibility and take other things out you don’t need. The best thing about the process was the photographer that was included in our package Vicky. She was amazing and knew our venue like the palm of her hand. I am still in awe with her photos and how she took care of me and my wife. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have a wedding. Melissa the company owner was also amazing to work with and very knowledgeable.

Wouldn't have enjoyed my wedding day without them!
I used Events on a Budget for Day-of coordination and they were amazing! Melissa was so organized and helped us feel ready and prepared for each facet of our wedding. Despite being very detail oriented, I had never planned a wedding and it was very daunting to try considering all the aspects of the wedding that would make it a great day for us as well as our guests. This is where Melissa was so helpful in our pre-wedding meeting and put my mind at ease. She's quick, reliable, and offered great suggestions on items we were clueless about. On the day of the wedding, Melissa and Darlene made sure everything ran smoothly and I had multiple friends in the events industry tell me after the wedding that they were so impressed by them. We were able to enjoy our wedding day and all of these months later we talk about how this was the best money spent on our wedding because it meant we could be fully present in every part of the celebration. The Best Decision We Made!
Simply put, hiring EOAB for our wedding planning was the best decision we made. The gratitude we have for Daniella is hard to put into words. She is the utmost professional, so warm, so organized and from the first time we chatted I knew she understood what my vision was. She spent the next 9 months helping me achieve it. An example that really stands out to me is that I really wanted a stage...I wanted the DJ and musicians we hired to stand out from the crowd and feel elevated. My now husband (!), an accountant -- a blessing and a curse lol -- couldn't comprehend the prices we were getting as quotes and furthermore, just couldn't justify it. At our Pre-Wedding meeting with Daniella at the beginning of April, she made one final call and got us an offer even Alex couldn't refuse. Our stage, as you can imagine, looked INCREDIBLE. I owe this to Daniella, 100%....among countless other things she did for us.
While we will miss her dearly, she holds such a special place in our hearts and our gratitude for her/EOAB is endless. There is not a bride I will meet that I won't send your way.

The best planner for a Magical Wedding
We worked with Melissa Betancourt from Events on a Budget and Luxurious Events for over a year. We had no doubt after our first meeting with her that she was the wedding planner we wanted to work with. She definitely captured our vision and gave us brilliant ideas which brought the wedding to a different level. This Planner has an excellent team that was always willing to help, including Daniella who was also exceptional. The team has excellent relationships with so many vendors, and Melissa was able to negotiate the best prices and services and pass on their excellent pricing and discounts to us. Melissa kept us so well organized with monthly emails and check in calls so that it never felt stressful. She also accommodated our busy work schedules and met us after hours. More importantly, Melissa always made us feel as a priority and as if though we were her only client (which we know we weren't). As the wedding date approached and we were worried about the weather, she had everything lined up for a plan B, which fortunately was never needed, and we had beautiful weather, but the fact that she had everything ready as a backup made us feel more relaxed. The wedding turnout out to be absolutely magical. We received so many compliments from guests, vendors, and the venue. One thing is for sure, if it was not for the amazing talent, service and skills of this planner it would not have been possible.

Outstanding service by Melissa B
Melissa B was our wedding planner and we started to plan 8 months before the big day! This was a destination wedding for us. We are from Sydney Australia, and planning a wedding in Miami could’ve been challenging with the distance and time differences for our meetings. Melissa was so flexible with times, she worked outside of her work hours and for us it was 5am zo meetings. From multiple video tours of venues until describing in detail the cake flavours and the catering. Sending us more then enough information about each vendor and setting up meetings with all of them individually. It all worked out so well! From the beginning until the end Melissa was consistent, organised and so super helpful until the smallest detail. There is a lot of stress and emotions involved before the wedding and Melissa knew exactly how to calm the nerves and found for every issue and challenge a great solution. The wedding itself was seamless and looked like a true fairytale story. All our guests were telling us that this was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to. Melissa B exceeded our expectation and we would recommend EVERYONE to have Melissa & the team being a part of their wedding. We can not thank Melissa and team Events on A Budget enough of how great and amazing of a job they’ve done.

From the beginning we felt like we were in good hands. Daniella was absolutely amazing and helped me with all the little details I hadn’t even thought of. We also bundled our florals with the day of coordination. The flowers exceeded everything I could have even imagined. Day of, Daniella and her assistant did amazing with the reception and made sure we were taken care of. She even helped me change out of my dress, which was no easy feat. Amazing experience!!
Events on a Budget helped us create the most perfect wedding day that my husband and I, as well as our family, still obsess over daily!! Our planner, Daniella understood what was important to us and made it happen, even when we decided to make some last minute changes! They created the most beautiful day and relieved my wedding planning stress along the way!! With being an out of state bride, I started planning very nervous but Daniella put my ease! Great wedding planning services!
I hired Events On A Budget as my wedding planner for my wedding at Redland Koi Gardens. I got a package with them, which included the rentals, DJ, photo/video, and flowers. I hired an outside caterer for the food/drinks, but EOAB coordinated with the caterer and the venue, and they pretty much took care of everything. I also brought some additional decor and my wedding planner set it up for me. She also set up the desserts table. EOAB responded to all questions promptly and assisted me in making all the important decisions. Hiring them definitely relieved a lot of the stress involved in planning your wedding. My planner was Daniella, I highly recommend her and the company.

Events on a Budget was INCREDIBLE
One of my sister’s friend recommended Events on a Budget for wedding planning services and I’m SO GLAD she did! Sam and I got engaged in January and shortly after I contacted Events on a Budget to learn more about their services and packages. We both knew we wanted to get married within 6 months. Based on what I had heard from other brides, I thought a 6 month timeframe would be hard for selecting a venue, contracting all the vendors, sending invitations, etc. After our first meeting with Events on a Budget they reassured us that 6-months would be 100% achievable and they were right! Sam and I decided to go with a “Wedding in a Box” package that included the primary vendors (DJ, Photographer, Flowers, Videographer, caterer, cake, and wedding coordination). Once we signed the contract we were assigned Daniella as our wedding planner. Daniella was AMAZING! We had a kickoff meeting where she reviewed the package with us and then provided us a list of vendor options for the photographer and videographer. We then met at her office and had a super fun meeting with the florist to start selecting the décor and floral details. This also included table settings, etc. Soon after we did our food and cake tasting. Daniella coordinated EVERYTHING for us and had a detailed agenda for the day with addresses and exactly what to expected at each meeting. She noted every detail and feedback we gave on the food and cake and shortly after followed up with a perfectly summarized email. A few weeks after that awesome experience, we meet in the office again for a sample table setting. This was great to really get an idea of what the décor would look like for each table. Next we met with the remaining vendors (DJ, Photographer and videographer) so they could get to know us ahead of our big day! Again, Danielle coordinated EVERYTHING which made it so easy for Sam and I since we both have pretty demanding jobs. The last big meeting before the wedding what the full day coordination meeting. During this call Daniella walked us thru a minute by minute itinerary she put together, for a very detailed orientated person like me, this was INCREDIBLE. She remembered every note from our previous meetings and I felt like really truly understood what we were looking for. Throughout the wedding planning process Daniella made things fun, easy and was extremely organized. One of my favorite attributes was her honesty. When I asked her for feedback or recommendations her response felt like a friend was giving it. The best and most incredible part of the whole experience for Sam and was the actual wedding day. We were SO IMPRESSED with Daniella’s leadership, attention to detail, and overall ownership of ensuring a successful execution of our wedding day. Daniella was EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE throughout the night. She got us a plate of hors d'oeuvres so we could enjoy while we were taking our portraits, she continuously checked we had our favorite drink on hand, she got us our meal while we were going around the tables to say hi to our guests and remembered every single special request we made to her during the planning process. Our experience working with Events on a Budget, but especially Daniella, was absolutely PERFECT and took away so much stress! Even our wedding party and several guests shared with us how incredible the coordination and planning was! I promise, you won’t go wrong with Events on A Budget!

Passionate, Professional, Perfect!
The Events on a Budget team went above and beyond our expectations.
As a couple who live in Los Angeles trying to plan a wedding in Miami, we knew we needed someone who could guide us along our journey. The team at EoaB were incredible. They put quote after quote together for us as we added and removed things from their traditional wedding in a box package, and they did so without batting an eye.
The vendors recommended to us (and we went with) were absolutely TOP NOTCH. Every single person was professional, courteous, friendly, and wonderful. I can't say enough wonderful things about the people that helped make our day so special.
Know that the most communication will happen at the beginning of your planning process and the month before the big day. Of course they are communicative throughout, but don't fret if you don't hear from them for a while as everything is being taken care of behind the scenes (and there is only so much that can be done 7 months in advance after the big vendors have already been booked).
Melissa and her day of staff were ON IT. Those women work so hard to ensure things are smooth, taken care of, and that YOU don't have to worry about a thing. We had guests come up to us to say how amazing our wedding planners and coordinators were. That's unheard of!
Overall, we can't recommend them enough and are grateful and thankful we chose them to help us plan our wedding. Use them if you have the opportunity.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with events on a budget! Our venue didn’t come with anything but when we found EOB we were so happy to have them plan our dream wedding! I genuinely feel so blessed to have found Events on a Budget! The wedding in a box package was exactly what I needed. I found EOAB 2 months before my wedding feeling overwhelmed and almost in a panic, they immediately put me at ease and handled everything promptly and with the utmost professionalism and care. They found me the best photographer, florist, Hora Loca, etc. Everything was done electronically and through the portal which made everything so seamless and just efficient, I had the option to do Video call but I decided to visit their office where I was greeted with choice of beverage and treats which just goes to show how on point EOAB is. They made me feel like a Queen!
I am truly grateful for the work they do.
On the day of the wedding Melissa B and Daniela were top notch they set everything up flawlessly and coordinated everything with expertise. Picture Perfect Planner
When my husband and I got engaged we were overwhelmed with the wedding planning process UNTIL he found Events on a Budget. Melissa, our wedding planner, brought our vision to life and absolutely nailed every aspect of our wedding day. She sent us monthly task lists, came with us to every vendor appointment, kept us sane, and was always accessible and transparent. Throughout the planning process the dynamic with Melissa expanded beyond a business relationship to a more of a friendship. She made an effort to understand who we are as a couple and our style, ensuring that our wedding truly captured the essence of us. My review can not be complete with out a huge shout out to Eudely. The floral arrangements at our wedding were truly a dream! I could instantly tell the passion and pride Eudely has in her work. Our venue coordinator recommended EOAB when we toured the space. Hiring EOAB was the best decision we made during our wedding planning. Melissa was so friendly, respectful, and professional. She's very knowledgeable and is always so honest about what would work and what would not. It's funny how sometimes I disagree with her but I ended up going with what she suggested. We had some last minute emergency with Miami weather and shipping (we are out of town) but Melissa took care of it. We also learned that Melissa was going through some body pain on the day of our wedding and she chose to stay until the wedidng was over. We were so touched by that and had so much respect for her. I highly recommend Melissa and her team. Thank you Melissa and Dani for making our wedding a fairytale! We love you!

The Perfect Day
Events On A Budget planned and coordinated my wedding, I cannot praise the MelissaS team enough. Melissa B. was the planner for our wedding, and it was so wonderful to have her on board! Besides being absolutely above and beyond at every task imaginable, Melissa is an unbelievably person, kind, and absolutely calming force of nature. We started planning our wedding at the end of 2019 and when we had to postpone not only once but twice due to the covid, the MelissaS team were extremely flexible, and they tried to accommodate to our unique situation. Everyone working on the day of the event seemed to be in good spirits, and that starts and ends with the attitude and personality of the wedding coordinator. Melissa B. was always very direct and honest in offering advice and guidance for certain parts of the wedding, which we greatly appreciated when our perfect day came together! We cannot thank her enough for making our wedding simply amazing.

I found the EOAB team by pure accident, and I now know it was really by the grace of God because I never could have accomplished the dream wedding I had without them! From start to finish these people were just spectacular at what they do. They truly made the experience as happy and stress-free as possible for me and my wedding turned out absolutely gorgeous. They were super friendly, VERY flexible, and had great recommendations when I was too indecisive or simply clueless on certain things. Their preparation tactics were so detailed but very "user friendly" for lack of a better term, and their execution on the wedding day was flawless. Home Wedding Reception Perfection
Events on a Budget outdid themselves when assisting me with my wedding. From the moment Melissa and her team were hired, we knew we were in good hands. They took an idea and made it reality. My husband and I knew we wanted to have an at home reception. The idea of celebrating in our first home was what we always envisioned. However, we were still in the process of purchasing a home. Risky, I know, but Melissa did not seem fazed. EOAB helped us secure all other details (catering, florals, tables, linens, etc.) while we worked on securing our home and reception location. In the end, everything came together perfectly. I am forever thankful to Melissa and EOAB for making my wedding magical.

I could not have gotten through planning and the day of my wedding without Melissa!!! Throughout the whole process, she was super responsive, attentive, and so amazing to work with. I had multiple changes in the weeks leading up to the wedding DURING COVID and she was able to handle everything and even find me a DJ 24 hours before the wedding. I can't thank her enough. Would recommend 100 times over.

A++ Wedding Planners!
My husband and I couldn't have had a better time at out our wedding and I can genuinely say our guests felt the same. Surely there was no way of anticipating what the world had instored after our big day but we're so happy and know we're extremely lucky to have been able to celebrate our marriage.
Jehane and Melissa were absolutely great! I had many conversations with Jay leading up to the big day and she talked me off a cliff more times than I can count. The checklists and check-in meetings honestly made everything super simple and set up our expectations as we had some anxiety planning our wedding from a few states away. Overall everything was beautiful and all we could have asked for!
Days after our wedding we had to think hard and long about what went wrong or what could have been better. I think trying to come up with something is a testament to how wonderful everything truly was.
Our friends and family are STILL talking about our big day and how much fun they had. Thank you to the whole Events on a Budget team for making that all possible. We will forever be grateful!

The whole team at EOAB is amazing. Everyone I came into contact with was helpful, responsive, professional and so caring. You can tell they are in this business because they really love helping couples have their dream wedding. They are dilligent, upfront, and flexible. She honestly became a confidante whenever my worries creeped up on me (and my worries did). The icing on the cake was EOAB's response when I told them of a personal situation related to COVID-19. I just got married two days ago and still can't believe how easy the entire night flowed. Jehane was my main planner and she did an absolutely incredible job! Every detail was accounted for and she was so sweet and helpful throughout the entire process. I wanted to plan my wedding on my own to save some extra cash but the Events on a Budget team truly does an incredible job of getting you the perfect deal. The best part is that everything is all in one place and someone as incredible as Jehane coordinates all of it for you. The decision was easy and the night was magical. 10/10 Would recommend to any bride I come across in the future.

Melissa and her team did an amazing job. We couldn’t be happier with how our wedding turned out. She was able to bring it all together often making our ideas better than we could have envisioned. The reception was elegant and gorgeous. The food was delicious. The limo service, the baker, the photographer and DJ were all amazing people to work with. Working with melissa and her team was super easy. Since we were driving from out of town for planning meetings she worked with us to minimize the number of trips we had to make by scheduling multiple meetings in one day or phone meetings where it made sense. We knew the budget upfront which only changed if we decided to change something and she was always forthcoming with how changes we were making would affect the budget. The day of we didn’t have anything to do except show up and enjoy. Everything was taken care of from set up to break down. Melissa and the DJ kept track of our time so we had nothing to worry about. I don’t think it could’ve been any easier. Everything about the day was perfect and it will always be a memory we cherish.

We planned our wedding relatively quickly - in under five months - and I think the only reason we were able to pull it off was the incredible service from Events on a Budget. Melissa and her team were super knowledgeable and helped us figure out exactly what we wanted and how to achieve it. There are not enough words to describe how amazing Jehane and everyone at EOAB are. After receiving quotes from countless planners, EOAB made choosing them so easy. From the planning, to the day of the wedding they were holding my hand. My wedding was even more beautiful than I had pictured it in my mind. I am someone who likes to be very hands on and a planner. This team of professionals made me feel like I was the only bride that they had since day one. They recommended vendors and let me make the choices from there (we all know how overwhelming that can be!) and through them, I found a photographer who was a perfect fit for us and when I asked them for recommendations, they even pointed me to an officiant who we absolutely LOVED! This team, and especially Jay, Eudely and Melissa will keep you on track of whats next, offer their recommendations and well, just be incredible! I cannot even begin to imagine what my wedding would be like if I didnt go with Events On A Budget and had to do everything myself... They made the process so fun and really made us feel like family. I enjoyed planning my wedding thanks to EOB
I hired EOB for 1.5 years worth of time to plan my entire wedding in Miami Beach, FL. I’m from Boston so having a local planner was so important for me. EOB saved me over $10,000 in the process of planning the event (thanks to Stacey), they suggested vendors although I ended up finding mostly my own but they coordinated well with them ahead of time and the day of the wedding and they helped me achieve the look I wanted for my flowers, reception table setups and decor. On the day of, i had a thorough timeline that helped everyone be on time and my day went as amazing as I have envisioned it. All went so well that I would do it all over again! The flowers and decorations Eudely from EOB put together were phenomenal, fresh and just as i wanted them. Melissa and Sylvia stepped in when my planner (Stacey) moved on and they helped me finalize the details in the last few months and they did such a professional, thorough and organized job. Their organization, attention to details, good listeners and always looking for my best interest helped me relax prior and during my day because i knew i was in good hands. On the day of, Sylvia was so sweet to help with my dress bussle, caring my belongings, setting up perfectly my first look with my husband, she took care of bringing all our belongings to our room at the end of the night so we could enjoy our after party, she left wedding cake for us in our hotel rm freezer and even cleaned our penthouse a bit so we return to a clean place. Can’t thank them and recommend them enough! Melissa, the owner is SO passionate about what she does it comes through in every way! Very thankful for this awesome team!!

The Wedding of Our Dreams
My fiancé and I live on opposite sides of the country. We also both have extremely busy schedules and at times can be difficult to get a hold of. Despite these challenges, Jehane and the rest of the team at Events on a Budget helped us plan the wedding of our dreams and made everything come true on our wedding day. Jeh put in so much work for our wedding for several months before the date. We had so many ideas, some far-fetched, and she was able to help us focus on the things we really wanted. She helped us coordinate with all of our vendors even if they were vendors that we had found on our own. She bargained down prices for most of our vendors and handled most of the paperwork with our contracts. On the day of, she was there early to set up and make everything happen seamlessly. The day and night of the wedding, we were asking her to do a lot of different things, including find us more alcohol on two different occasions, and she did them with a smile while making sure we both always had drinks in our hands. She calmed us down when it started raining on the day of our event and she made everything that we envisioned come to fruition. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional. They make you feel like you are their most important client and they will make everything you want come true!

My name is Mariah Saul and my husband and I got married February 23, 2018. We had an amazing experience with Events on a budget. Jehane and the crew did an amazing job executing our vision with the food and decorations. At first we thought it would be difficult planning this because we live in Orlando and we were having our wedding in our hometown, Miami. However, Events on a Budget put our mind to ease and reassured us that they could get the job done even if we were 400 miles away. Communication between them was quick and efficient. We did meetings in Miami, on the phone, through emails and got everything done in a timely fashion despite not living in Miami and being available 24/7. We had the best wedding ever! It has taken me 2 weeks to try and come up with the words to describe how truly spectacular Events On A Budget is and I still can't seem to find the words but i'll try. I used Events on A Budget for my month of coordinators and for my flowers. Eudely was so patient with me and made all of my dreams come true with my arrangements and details. She is truly phenomenal! Jehane and Sylvia... at the end of the night I was calling them my best friends! These two went above and beyond to make our day the BEST DAY EVER and it truly was! All of our guests keep telling us how perfect everything was and I owe it all to Jehane, Sylvia, Eudely and the whole EOB team that worked so hard to execute our vision beyond what we could ever have imagined. I knew going into planning our wedding that I would never be able to do it without a planner, since we were all so busy with our jobs/school etc. When I found out about Events on a Budget and their wedding in a box package, I knew it would be the perfect balance between getting to customize all the things that were important to us without stressing over small details. Now that our wedding just happened, I can definitely say Stacey, Eudely (florist via Events on a Budget), and all of the vendors we used through our EOAB package (Ralph's Catering, Todo Dulces, Simply Captivating Photography, Vision DJs, Master Musicians for string quartet) surpassed all our expectations! Our family and friends all had a blast, and I was so at ease knowing that Stacey had everything taken care of. It really allowed us all to enjoy our day, and for that we are so grateful and glad that we hired Events on a Budget!

The first few minutes I talked to Stacey, I knew she was the one (corny love at first sign joke, I know). She immediately understood my vision, started sharing ideas and was simply easy to talk to – I felt like we had been friends for a long time. Throughout the planning process she was detailed, calm, and guided me through tough decisions with ease and grace. She was always available and always knew how to approach whatever situation was at hand.
The day of the wedding, Stacey handled EVERYTHING. She was superwoman and did it with a smile on her face allowing me to sit back and enjoy the night we worked so hard to plan. Everything was perfect, my vision came to life and it would not have been possible without Stacey and EOAB.
Stacey is beyond exceptional at her job, there were times when the stress of wedding planning became too much for me and her ability to calmly create perspective and her guidance throughout the process was a true Godsend.
If you are looking for a wedding planner for any part or stage of your wedding Stacey and EOAB is the best of the best. HIGHLY recommend!!

The entire team at EOAB were incredible. My husband and I live in DC and planning a wedding out of state is tough enough. We were worried about finding a coordinator and all the vendors needed for our special day as we had no connections or knew anyone in Miami. All our worries went away after reading all the reviews and speaking to EOAB on the phone. Even though our initial meeting was over the phone we felt so comfortable and at ease to have them plan our wedding. They continued to exceed our expectations and the reviews we read. After meeting in person, we couldn't be more excited for the day. Everyone at EOAB genuinely wanted to get to know US and what was important to us. The whole process was so easy and people still ask how we found all our vendors. EOAB had amazing vendors suggestions and we used them all, even though we weren't required. Many companies out there that have a packaged deal make you use their vendors. EOAB works with you and is flexible to your needs. However, I would recommend using their vendors as it was so seamless. From the florist, cake, linens, furniture rentals, lighting, tent rentals, transportation, photography and catering, it was so special and wouldn't change a thing. Despite our wedding venue being outside and January in Miami usually having perfect weather, the day before and the day after was sunny and warm, the day of our wedding it poured!!! Melissa and the team made us feel more at ease and pulled off what couldn't have been a more intimate and perfect day. EOAB had done many many weddings at this venue and worked with the team to make our day justvrught. The day was so special and we seriously couldn't thank you enough from the bottom of our hearts. I would recommend EOAB to anyone. Thank you again for everything!

Stacey was absolutely perfect. Her team was fantastic as well. I hired Events on a Budget for "Day Of" services because I am pretty organized but they really do tie up all the loose ends and think of things you would never think of for those last 2 weeks prior to the big day. Not to mention they are SO on top of things that day so I got to lay back and just enjoy those hours of getting ready with my family, friends and flower girls. It really lets you be in the moment so if you are thinking about it or on the edge, I highly recommend a day of coordinator, or the full scope with their team. I never spent a minute without a drink in my hand and she was so on top of every little detail that night. They don't hide any cost, they are honest and tell you if you won't need something. They created the perfect day for my husband and I and at the perfect price and I priced just about every where in Miami. The vendors they use are top notch. Their florist is the absolute best and she is so sweet. I used Ralph's Catering and everyone is still talking about how amazing the food was. My planner was Stacey and I could not have picked a better planner. She was kind and honest and I had such a nice time going to vendor meetings with her. She made the whole process easy and perfect. Melissa is wonderful and get the planning started, suggesting the perfect caterer and other vendors. She is a delight to work with and follows through on all needs. Our coordinator was Jehane who was fantastic, so professional, organized, caring, and made a long list of wedding day plans happen seamlessly and perfectly! We used the "Wedding in a Box" plan and it was wonderful. Our florals were perfect, cake gorgeous and delicious, all the details handled just as requested.

I booked what's called a "POP-UP Wedding" with Events on a Budget. I was researching this new concept for weddings because it is inexpensive and included pretty much everything you need for your wedding. Events on a Budget had the BEST deal I saw for pop up weddings. From the moment I contacted Events on a budget, they were extremely professional. Since I was a little skeptical about the price ($4500.00 starting price) and how soon I had decide (I booked at the end of August and my wedding was on 11/5/16), I was able to go to their office and speak to Jehane directly, she showed me the package and picture of the decorations and the cake and flower selection I was going to get to choose from. I felt very comfortable and booked my wedding. The wedding process was so EASY! I only had to worry about my dress, jewelry, hair & make-up, bridesmaid dresses, grooms & groomsmen tux and a few little touches I wanted to add to my wedding, EOAB took care of everything else. During the months before my wedding I would get an email about once a week to choose certain items like cake, flowers, ETC. I would also email my questions and they would always respond very quickly. They also schedule a day for us to be able to taste the caterer's food, see how my wedding would be decorated and to meet with Melissa the event planner. The caterer they used for my wedding was amazing, his food was absolutely delicious, I was happy I wasn't getting banquet hall food quality. I was able to bring my mom and fiancé to the tasting, and they loved it. I was worried about my mom more so because she was VERY skeptical because of the price, and she absolutely loved it! The day of my wedding everything went so smoothly. I was the early morning wedding and we had brunch. The ceremony was so beautiful! I was so impressed, there were fresh flower arrangements everywhere & reception was beautiful as well. Everyone enjoyed themselves and I had a beautiful wedding for less than $5000!

Tatiana is a SUPERSTAR! From our first meeting with her we knew she would be amazing. She was very organized, professional, but also super sweet and genuine. We felt that she really cared about making our wedding day truly special, and it showed throughout our experience with her.
Ours was a DIY wedding and we took on all of the planning responsibilities over the course of one year. It was rewarding but also really exhausting! Tatiana made sure that our month before the wedding was stress-free and she took care of everything for us, which really allowed us to enjoy the days leading up to the wedding.
On our wedding day Tatiana did EVERYTHING, from helping troubleshoot setup issues, to making sure our guests were comfortable, to blotting our faces before pictures (it was so hot!), to making sure we had a drink in our hands the entire time. Thank you so much for going above and beyond, Tatiana. You did so much to make our wedding beautiful and unforgettable, and we are forever grateful!

The last month before the wedding I was beginning to stress out about all the little details and Aimee made sure everything was handled. The day of my wedding I can honestly say that everything went perfectly and I was never once stressed about anything.

Events On a Budget was super great to work with. My planner Cristy was super AMAZING!!!!! When we were looking for a planner for our wedding, really wanted to stay in our budget and even stay under if possible. Events on Budget, just like the name says, really does work with you on your budget. I tried to get some vendors on my own and thought it would cost me less, boy was I wrong. The prices i was able to get thru events on a budget were unbelievable. You just have to trust them, they know what they are doing.
We went with the wedding in the box package, which I would highly recommend, specially if you are having a big wedding like we did (200 guest). Really takes off lot of stress out of planning. Our planner Cristy was super knowledgable, very helpful with ideas and things that could help stay in budget, really paid attention to what I wanted, very patient and reassuring. We had our wedding at the beautiful Spanish monastery and i was glad that they were already familiar with the venue. Cristy was great into staying in touch with them, and did marvelous the day of the wedding. She had a timeline for everyone, contacted every vendors I had booked outside of my package with them, coordinated everything perfectly. Throughout the night she kept checking on us, asking if we needed anything and making sure we stayed on schedule with everything.
Their florist, Eudely is also great. She is very nice and understanding of not wanting to go overboard with flowers specially with pricing and really helped picking the best for my vision and budget. I made some last minute changes after my floral sample meeting and she definitely delivered the day of my wedding, everything was beautiful.
If you want an AMAZING, organized, budget-friendly, stress-free wedding day, events on a budget is the one to pick. i would highly recommend them.

When we envisioned our wedding we knew exactly what we wanted but were concerned that we would not be able to afford it. We agreed that if it was not the wedding of our dreams we will just have a civil wedding. It was a very rough year for us with deaths in the family and many career changes. We battled many struggles. Fortunately, we found events on a budget who truly put our dream together. Cristy was flexible with her meetings and offered sincere suggestions. On the wedding day she took care of me, the bride, by always making sure I had a drink in my hand and by spraying me down with mosquito repellent. Their group of vendors were professional and treated our wedding party kindly. We can only say that we would recommend events on a budget to anyone. Your dream wedding is possible :)

Let me start off by saying that I planned my wedding for 2 years and I am a control freak. It is hard to have someone come in a month before the big day and trust that they will see your vision. I worked with Christina, who was AMAZING. She eased most of my anxiety (some of which just refused to go away). Day of, holy cow, she was doing it all. She was there the entire time, while my vendors were there and I was getting ready and honestly, I was not worried a bit. She made my venue look exactly how I had envisioned, she had the night running without a stitch and most importantly, made sure I was having a good time and always had a drink in my hand ;). I would recommend this company 10 times over.

I highly recommend Events on a Budget. I found them by accident at my venue, and I am so happy that we did. It took just a little while to get a response, and I'm sure that's because I was an excited bride. However, everything else after was amazing. I was fortunate enough to work with Melissa and it was an amazing relationship from the beginning. She always offered her input without making it seem like there was a right or wrong way to do things. She was straightforward and ALWAYS available. My wedding dreams came true because of this group, I wouldn't have changed it for the world. After trying to do everything ourselves and still not fitting it into the budget we had, my then fiancé and I decided to try Events on a budget and it was our best decision ever. They really work within you budget and give you as much or as little control over every aspect as you want. Their packages are easy to customize and they really provide the best prices you will find anywhere! Trust me we did a lot of research and already had prices to compare for all our services by the time we went to Events on a Budget. Wish we had just started with them. My wedding planner and day of coordinator Cristy (Cristina Pizarro) was amazing and I don't know how I would have done it without her! She really went above and beyond to ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible on my wedding day no matter what surprises were thrown at her! Cristi from Events on a Budget is amazing, you need her!!! We planned a destination wedding in Miami Beach. We had managed to accomplish a lot, but I knew needed a day of coordinator. My husband was apprehensive at first, but now he says that is the best money we spent .That's where Cristi came in, she took the reigns two weeks prior to the wedding and ensured that all the small final details were addressed. She reviewed all our contracts, had great budget saving tips, conducted an organized rehearsal and most importantly, ensured that on the day of our wedding, we did nothing but enjoy ourselves and our guests.
Cristi is very organized, she was quick to respond to inquiries. On wedding day, she ensured that all the vendors were in place, events flowed effortlessly with the time schedule and at the end of the night secured all our gifts and belongings in our room. She arranged with the venue staff to have a platter of Hors d'oeuvres for Kevin and I to snack between photo takes. Overall, wedding planning can be stressful, it was great having Cristi to alleviate all that responsibility and stress on our wedding day. Thanks again!

We worked with Olga Torres and she was fantastic! We decided on our wedding date just 7 months before the ceremony, and she not only got everything together for us, she did it superbly. As a guy, I used to make fun of the idea of a wedding planner, but working with Olga made me realize just how many factors are involved and how much it means to have someone reliable and talented to make preparations a worry-free process. Olga is very personable and easy to work with. She's on top of everything, as is the rest of the staff there at Events on a Budget. She lined us up with premier vendors but made it very reasonable cost-wise. She's flexible, and she doesn't get upset or bothered by receiving tons and tons of emails, texts, phone calls from the bridge and groom during preparations. Highly recommend!

I would like to thank Olga at Events On A Budget for making my wedding day the most beautiful day ever. All of the details were just as I had envisioned. I am so happy that I was able to use this company to make my dream a reality. The day of the wedding Olga and her assistants were very professional and very hospitable. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs throughout the entire event. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a wedding planner for their wedding.
