Wood-n-Crate Event Rentals is a family-owned wedding and event rental company based in Apache Junction, Arizona, serving the entire Phoenix Metro area since 2015. Brad builds every piece by hand and Carole designs and curates the collection — which is why you won't find our inventory at any other rental company in the Valley.

Our custom-built inventory includes farm tables and benches, cross-back chairs, ceremony arches, greenery and wood backdrops, our brand new 8ft round ceremony platform, dance floors, bistro string lighting, a Beverage Bar, Ice Cream Stand, white plant stands, a white welcome sign with flower box, lounge furniture, yard games, patio heaters, and more.

We serve weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, birthday parties, graduation parties, baby showers, and backyard events of all sizes. Full-service delivery, setup, and teardown is available for every order — delivery fee based on distance from our Apache Junction warehouse. We also offer free one-on-one inventory tours at our warehouse showroom, a price match guarantee, and discounts for wedding planners and returning clients.
