Zales ! Knocked diamond out

Omg! I would lose my mind.

I am so sorry this is happening. There have been a lot of really upsetting stories lately about diamonds falling out of rings at/by Zales, which makes me really sad.

Someone pray for me and these people tomorrow.

I love your ring. I've heard bad things about Zales lately. Do you have a protection plan with them that covers any lost stones? I mean if they really are the ones at fault they should repair it no questions asked. I hope it goes well and you don't have to raise hell lol

I am so sorry you are going through this! I would be livid. Raise hell girl. Get compensation from them and find a trustworthy local jeweler to take care of you.

Yes a pain in the ass. Not sure who has been following my ring posts... but i have been battling them for 2 weeks now to get my custom wedding band. Long story short it came in today. Fh brings it home and my ring does not fit in it. All my diamonds were there on my e ring. So he takes it back and they look at it and were like ohh you're missing a diamond after they tried to put my e ring in the enhancer. Ummm no. I have pictures that it was there. Either way, yes i have coverage on it and their protection plan for free replacement. But still. Now i have to deal with them some more and i really dont want to see any of them. I got my refund for the band. Im just so mad now. I was so over it earlier with the band issues. Now they fucked my e ring. So now i have to go there first thing in the morning and demand it be fixed and returned to me tomorrow night. By 6p. After that i wont be in town and doing things for my wedding.

I just saw your other Zales post. I'm so sickened by this. I truly pray for their staff tmro...there is no excuse for this...non, whatso ever!

Everyone says to call corporate...it there a specific # or just whatever # you find online for Zales? I pick up my rings tmro from Zales tmro (again) n pretty nervous about what I'll see this time.

I will be finding a number tomorrow for sure for corporate. This is insane.

@2tauruswed hahah you made me LOL. I know ive been annoying with all of my posts lately. But damn it all to hell!!! How hard is this??? I mean if i performed this poorly at my job, I would be fired.

And you know he did that shit on purpose. Come on !!! The ring clearly does not fit in there and he forced it. He kept telling FH it just needs to be stretched. Lol

I am a hard headed italian. I have been texting everyone and their mother to please accompany me tomorrow because i already know how its going to go. And i know that is not going to get me anywhere being a bitch. I just need to stay calm and get my damn ring fixed and back tomorrow!
