Your wedding in numbers! How many vendors are you hiring?

About 8 including the officiant.

So far have four planned out...more to come

Venue (DOC/Ceremony/Reception), Photographer, DJ, Bakery, Hair, Caterer, Florist, Dress/Alterations, and Tux Rentals. Nine total, I think?

Makeup and Officiant are family/friends so we did not have to "hire them".

6 or 7 vendors as of right now.

Photo, church, cake, reception, flowers, dj, so 6 total

Venue comes with a planner, bartender, and choice of 3 caterers.

we are also hiring a dj, photographer, florist, and cake baker.

we are also going to ask my families pastor to officiate but if it is a no go (we live together already and he is not a member) then we will probably either find another officiant or ask our dj (he is ordained)

Our venue is kind of a one stop shop because they have their own catering right on site but we did hire a videographer, photographer, officiant, baker and a DJ. So 6 total I guess. We are not doing a florist, we are going minimal and using some DIY decorations.

I believe I hired 9 vendors so far. I have to check my spreadsheet.

So far have 3:

Church including Priest, organist and choir

Reception venue (they have tables and chairs if we want to use theirs

And Seamstress to alter my Grandma's dress

Also there is a possible photographer but she is gifting it, or said she was at one point, but if she changes her mind I have another couple of people I would ask next (and pay)

Still need:

Caterer (the one we want may also do cake)

HMUA (s)

videographer

baker if caterer doesnt

bar staff - if caterer doesnt

possibly flowers for the church but we are DIYing centerpieces and not using flowers because of the season

Possibly and MC but we are doing our own music and a friend offered to announce the couple things we need announced (or we could pre-record it and put it in as a track where we want it.)

Will need to rent anything the caterer doesnt provide as far as dishes and linens (or buy them)

And have chosen where we want to order invites from and other paper items

Well, even though we haven't got to that part of the planning process, I'm planning on hiring a Cake vendor, a DJ, a day of coordinator, and and I'm also planning on hiring a babysitter for my kids corner.
So that's 4 so far.

At this moment I only have 4 but I still need to find a few more.

To be honest, all I've had to do is get my own photographer, but my venue is all inclusive and provides everything else we need, e,g, decor, officiant, set up, guest book, things like that! Then we're having our reception at a restaurant, which is pretty self explanatory. My grandma offered to make our cake. There's not much we truly have to do, except make our invites and do favours.

Less than 5 total. My dress is being made by my mom, the ceremony & venue will be at a park and a friend is catering.

We’re hiring 15-ish

So far - venue, photographer, videographer, and caterer. Planning on getting a DJ too.

I have a few "friendors" through my sister. Her friends weren't invited but for some reason they still wanted to attend just for the sake of attending, so they've agreed to help out with day of tasks like getting the dessert table ready, being the bartenders, and odd tasks that need to be done.

I think that's it for now, but I'm probably missing some things!

I think like 6 or 7. Photographer, DJ, caterer, cake, hair/makeup, ceremony organist, venues... I might be forgetting something though.
