I don't know if we'd count it as our honeymoon but we're doing a short 4-day trip to the scenic areas up north (we live in Michigan) and doing some camping/hiking/exploring stuff up there.

2 weeks in total - leaving the following Monday for Rome and spending about 1.5 days there before getting on a week long Mediterranean cruise (France, Spain, and two other cities in Italy). When the cruise ends we are going to spend an additional 3 days in Rome before heading home!
