Xcaret rejected too small 22 guests

I’m not sure about Xcaret, but I’m having my wedding with 20-25 people at The Fives Beach - Mexico. Facebook has tons of pages for destination weddings. I would look for a Xcaret brides page, I’m sure they have one. TA’s many times play on they best interest instead yours.

View Quoted Comment Yes. When I first choose my resort my TA was all about it because it was run by Karisma and she gets special incentives from them. Than last year the resort changed management and out of the sudden everything was a problem and she had a “much better resort” run by Karisma that I should switch to it. Luckily, I’m on a brides group from the resort I’m getting married and I have truly reviews and know that the resort is as perfect as it always have been.

Have you contacted the hotel or hotels yourself ? Most packages they have are for 20 people so I don’t know why your TA tells you that you can’t reserve.
