I am down to 2 drastically different DJs - I am struggling hardcore!
Option 1 - $895 for reception no matter the length - he DJ'ed two of my cousins weddings and they LOVED him - years and years and years of DJ/music experience - my wedding planner also loves working with him
Option 2 - initially $2500!!! but negotiated for $1800 for both ceremony and 5 hours of reception music - he not only DJ's but he plays a violin too and has been known to go out to the crowd and serenade the couple during dinner - he was recommended by one of my coworkers who hired him for her wedding - he has a video on the front page of his site: https://www.full-engagement-experience.com/ My wedding planner has heard about him and that 'he is really good!' but has never worked with him.
Here is a quick vision of my wedding: We are getting married in the Catholic Church. Afterwards, we'd like to go bar/brewery hopping and also do some photo ops. Our reception will be held at our home in our backyard. We are aiming for a romantic, earthy, and airy feel. We want to dance under the stars. We'd like to end our night with a bonfire and possibly a sparkler send off.
