I'm using smartypig.com, I would much rather actually earn interest on whatever gets donated then having to pay for someone to 'hold' my money.

Honeyfund never touches your money, it comes straight to you. Most of my guests didn't end up using it but for the ones that did it made it so easy to keep track of all the gifts. No one had any problems using it I sent out the little cards they let you print with all my other wedding info.

I was planning on just putting a link on the wedding website. Most people will come to the website to see photos and more details about how to get to the wedding, etc., so it seems like a good place to put it. I think what Jennifer meant is that you have to pay most honeymoon registries an enormous fee. In honeyfund, you have to pay to get a reasonably ok design, with no ads.

I'd really look into Wanderable's honeymoon registries -- they're just like honeyfund, but their free version has no ads, and they've got pretty good designs.

The freeone worked just fine for me, I don't care if there are ads.
