Would a Valentines Wedding be tacky ?

I have a lot of couples who order from us for their V'Day wedding. Keep in mind that it may be difficult to find vendors, etc and prices are usually higher for that day. Also, in the future, if you want to go out for your anniversary or away, things book up fast and hotels can be expensive. Just some things to consider.

I think since you met on Valentine's it would be very appropriate.

Tacky? Don't say that to the 17 couples I've married on Valentine's Day over the past 11 years.

Althought im a little confused since your date is in september. lol do you want to have a valentine theme?? If thats what you mean then just make sure you dont make it look like a kindergarden classroom and youll be OKAY,

having it ON vday isnt tacky. I was going to but i changed my mind because i wanted t give the couples time to spend with thier SO

That would be cute! It should be on a Saturday in 2015 so I think it works perfect.

We do tons of them every year. Here is a pix from VD at the Empire State Building; they did winter-wonderland decor and it was fabulous!

Don't forget though that flowers will be more expensive so if you can work around that, definitely do.

She said she would change the date to 2/14/15

I wouldn't do the theme, just the day !

I guess I am in the minority. I want my wedding to be a day all its own. Not already one that is taken for a Hallmark Holiday. I would personally find it tacky. BUT with that said it is your day. If its what you want I say go for it!
