Worried the dress won't fit.

Stephanie, on July 25, 2019 at 11:20 AM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 3
My wedding is 76 days away. My dress was tight to begin with ( a rant for another time) I was doing great the dress fit and I felt great. Now as we get closer, the stress is taking its toll. Over the last month I have watched the scale creep up. Normally this doesn't phase me as it changes so often. However, my clothes don't fit as well and I'm not doing that much different. I have increased my water intake to curb cravings, eat sensible. And exercise daily. I walk between 4 and 5 miles a day at work plus work out 3 to 4 times a week for about 30 to 60 mins.
K know it's the stress that's causing me to gain weight. I'm sc as red to try on the dress, if it doesn't fit I may just crack.

My dress was a bit tight when I tried it on for my fitting. The good news is that most dresses can be let out a bit! As long as your clothes still got, even if they're a little tight, your dress should be able to be let out if needed.

Sadly the dress can't be let out. I've been trying the dress on weekly for months to make sure it fits. But I have been busy with work and haven't tried it on. The scale and clothes say I've gained weight and I'm terrified the dress won't zip up.
