Need advise! I have 6 staff I supervise at work. 4 of those 6 I am very close with, even know their families. The other 2 are a new hire and the other I only communicate with minimumly at work. Do I invite just the 4. I feel bad leaving 2 out , except if I did invite they would probably wonder why I...
Need advise! I have 6 staff I supervise at work. 4 of those 6 I am very close with, even know their families. The other 2 are a new hire and the other I only communicate with minimumly at work. Do I invite just the 4. I feel bad leaving 2 out , except if I did invite they would probably wonder why I invited them.. I think??

    Yeah I didn't send save the dates in my office since I didn't know if people would be leaving/hiring new/etc. We sent our invites out 3 months in advance (so 12 weeks). I don't socialize outside of work with my office but we are a small office and all very close, so inviting my boss & our receptionist & our other appraiser with their SOs and kids was totally expected. I work with all men (besides our receptionist) so a shower would be super weird haha. Every office is different.
