Yesterday the app suddenly stopped letting me message vendors for price inquiries. Anyone else have that issue?

It’s more effective to find their actual contact information (website, phone number) via Google and reach out to them.

I just had this issue today. I'm wondering if it's some kind of anti-spam thing? But it seems unfair to do that, since it literally prompts you to bulk-message vendors every time you message one of them!

I am experiencing this problem rn. They won't let me message the vendor. It says "You can’t contact this vendor because they’re no longer on WeddingWire. Sorry for the inconvenience."

Hi Alfaye! This means that we have no way to send the vendor a message!! You can try to find another method online, but they may be out of business!

They still are. I was in the middle of a conversation with them, and when I checked again, wondering why the vendor hadn’t gotten back to me, I saw a prompt message. So, the method I tried was to look for them on a different platform.
