Planning dilemma....sooo we are less than 2 weeks away eeek and tending to all the last minute details. We are having a large casual wedding on our farm the dinner menu is pulled pork and buns, baked beans, potatoe salad, pasta salad, assorted chips, and watermelon.
A dessert bar of assorted cupcakes, brownies, lemon bars, rice crispie bars, chocolate chip cookies.
Late night hot dogs and popcorn to help soak up some of that alcohol and keep the dancing going.
My dilemma is we are handling the pre dinner snacks ourselves keeping it simple with veggie trays, snak mix, and cheese curds as a nod to our farming background.
Personally I like my cheese curds all by themselves but do you think I should add crackers to the snack table?
