With one week to go, we have officially post-poned

Oh 2020 so sucks. So sorry for you to have to postpone everything at the final hour. I postponed my July 25th wedding to next May and it was so heartbreaking. I'm especially feeling some things this week as my wedding would be this Saturday. Take comfort in knowing that you did the right thing and everything is set for next year.

I’m so worried this is going to be us in a month and a half! 2020 really sucks! Glad you were able to get everything set with your new date, it still really sucks to see your countdown essentially reset and have to wait another year to get married. I hope you can do something together to make your date this year feel a little less disappointing, a special date or something. Take care!

Thanks everyone! It helps that it is on a Tuesday, so most places are pretty wide open here. I hated doing it so close to the date, but I know it's the right choice. We are going to do something nice on the day of and make it official - next year will be our "marriage celebration". We are both ready now!
