We're getting married in Chapel Hill, NC. Do you think it will be comfortable for everyone?

It should be beautiful, but always have a back-up plan for weather Smiley smile

One of my best friends got married last year over Memorial Day weekend in Charlotte - it was gorgeous! Outdoor garden ceremony and cocktail hour then indoor reception.

You should look up weather trends on the date.

We are in the St Louis area and our wedding was outdoors at the end of May. The weather can be one of two extremes here that time of year so I made sure I had plenty of options. We picked a venue that had enough shelter for rain and had climate controlled areas should the weather be extremely chilly or extremely hot. It all worked out and the evening was beautiful!

I'm planning on renting a tent for shade/rain protection. I'm still trying to decide, but I'm leaning toward a late morning wedding with a lunch reception.
