why is it so hard to find cute low-heel shoes!?!

elyse, on March 29, 2011 at 10:14 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 26

I've been searching for MONTHS to find the perfect pair of shoes- I have a long dress, not sure why I'm obsessing over something that won't show but I am! I know I've posted about this before but has anyone found any super cute shoes that have 1 or 1.5 inch heel?

I would love to find either ivory or navy blue, open toe shoes!

Please let me know if anyone has found anything great!

I feel your pain I have yet to find anything. I'm 6'3 and do not want to be towering over my FH in pic.

What about this one? It's from Benjamin walk. I think it's a cute kitten heel.

Thanks ladies, I've tried all of these websites and maybe it's just me but it seems like all of the low heel options are so ugly compared to the beatiful 3 inch options! I guess the grass is always greener on the other side!

I have found a lot of options on amazon.com but nothing perfect quite yet! I'm hoping desingers will make more cute shoes for the summer lines?

I hear you. I love a high heel! And platforms. They just look so beautiful on the foot, make the ankle look nice and give the over all look of your leg and body a look of elegance and/or sexiness. I have a hard time with the lower heel thing myself. I wish I could give a suggestion but mine are higher than the heel you want and I bought them from my wedding boutique. They were so pretty, went well with the dress and I needed a shoe to try on to get an idea of length. I ended up liking them so much I bought them and it turned out that it was their only pair left and couldn't order any other so I got a discount. Lucky Score. I've been stretching them out so they won't kill my feet. I know I suggest this a lot but have you tried ebay? I have recently gotten a couple of pairs of shoes from there. There are stores on there that offer used AND new pairs of shoes.

I just bought these in Silver off E-bay. They are even cuter in person. I'm surprised how much I like them. I searched for cute low heels for ever too, short girls get to have all the fun.

These are my wedding day shoes because I don't want to tower over FH either... I bought the ivory and the navy blue in a wide width shoe and will be wearing both!

They're comfy and cute Smiley smile So much so that my BMs loved them, too, and all bought a navy pair to wear for the wedding.

I feel you, all the ones I have found or Hayley has found for me are out of stock in my size.

I had a brain storm last night that maybe I will buy dancing shoes, as in like the pro kind, not cheap but I would wear them all the time at lessons after the wedding since I want to get back into ballroom dance.
