I'm getting married in 49 days and I'm not excited!! Of course I love my fiancé and I am excited that we are getting married but my wedding doesn't seem real. Although I am constantly doing things for the wedding on a daily, I don't feel like I only have a short amount of time left. May 27th still...

When will I have my moment? When will it feel like I'm getting actually married and not just planning? I feel like such a horrible person. I see all the other brides with such exciting post and I want so bad to feel the say way!!

Don't feel bad! I'm feeling the same way. I'm just tired of the planning and ready to be a wife!!!!!!!!!

You're definitely not alone. I'm just not that in to it. I have my internship, work, school, graduation, and buying a house on top of planning a wedding. :/

I think the emotional build up takes different amounts of time for everyone...just know it'll happen and you can't prep for it beyond keeping tissues handy ... Don't be so hard on yourself

I assume that's pretty normal. I would wait until you are putting on your dress and shoes while getting your hair done. I'm sure it will seem real lol

I was the same way!! I'm getting married this week and the excitement has finally hit!! It hit now that I can actually picture it coming together.

The stress of it all also kept my excitement down. I'm a huge worried on money. So I was panicking at the sight of all the money leaving the account.

I am so thankful i found this post. I was talking to my FH about this last night and we were so confused if we weren't feeling right.
We recently got hit with 2 medical bills one for when his daughter fell and one for my body collapsing. put me out of work for 2 weeks and leaving him to run a business by himself. He went into autopilot working 7days a week and we both admitted like with everything going on is it awful that we werent as excited. I have cake tasting this sunday and im just so over all the planning. This really puts me at ease to know its normal. Because we felt awful admitting it to one another. Its the first time we've been hit like this and im happy to know and tell him well be okay. Life sucks sometimes.
