Depends on what it is. I'm not a fan of spiders generally, but if it's small or I'm having a brave moment, I'd move it if necessary.
My FH had a scenario with a large spider in his house that freaked him out. I'll just leave this here.

We both like spiders so this is a non issue. Unless the spider is venomous we leave it.

He is on bug patrol for me! I’m terrible when it comes to anything like that! The funny part is that we live on 41 acres on top of a mountain surrounded by wildlife.

We met working at camp. Neither one of us is much bothered by bugs. But they are the Vet so they tend to be more compassionate and less just kill it about spiders than I am so they usually end up rescuing them
