Anyone else slip up like this? I was chatting with a friend about when he was planning to come by to pick something up from our home. Meanwhile I had another conversation going with a different friend. Sent the text asking "may I have your girlfriend's full name for the wedding invitation" to the wrong person. Well, now I guess we are paying for 2 more plates. I hope Mr. Accidental doesn't realize that everyone else got a link to our website in January. Good thing physical invitations haven't gone out yet, and we didn't do save the dates....yikes. I feel terrible.

Fiance has done that several times. And offering plus 1 to people not in a relationship. (We said no random dates, if you have a serious relationship, great, otherwise plus 1) those he invited I'm stuck with, the plus 1 won't there when the invites go out.

Oh no! Sorry that happened to you. That's too easy to do!

I haven't done something like that, but my FSIL accidently invited her hairdresser a few years ago.
