That's weird that the venue only books 365 days out. It can make you anxious when you just want to book it now and get it over with!

And you do have quite the dilemma on your hands with the transportation! Not too long ago my friend had the same issue but they ended up reserving a party/shuttle bus and limo to move guests back and forth, but that gets expensive depending on how long you need it

Yeah. The 365 day rule is not ideal. Its a little stressful, but we are moving along with other tentative things. Looking to do some non-traditional elements. But we won't put down any deposits or anything until we are able to secure the venue.

We are estimating to save an additional $3,000 to pay for drinks. When and if it reaches that bar tab we will switch to cash bar.

Definitely look into getting save the dates out this summer at the latest so they have time to plan vacation around your day! Then send invites later this year. At least the save the date will let them know the date/location

We're getting married on the 9th March2019. We have booked the venue, food, music, cake, registrar, honeymoon and bridal house. We know where we are going for our honeymoon. I have my dress, shoes and flowers, the bridesmaids dresses and maid of honours dress. My Fiancé has bought his outfit but may change it and I just have to get the Paigeboys outfit. We are getting the guests to take photos and I have chosen the music to walk down the aisle to. I'm sure I must have forgotten something.

Hey ladies,
We are March 2, 2019 here in southern California, going to look at some more venues this weekend with my mom and fiance. I am hoping to make a decision by April, I have 3 caters I am deciding between, I have had a tasting at 1 just need to do the other 2, i have my photographer, DJ. The venue I really like includes the a bartender, busser, door host and event coordinator although my mother would like me to hire my own DOC. I know what dress I'm going to get, I have found my BM dresses although I am having my 2 Matrons of Honor wear a different dress. My guest list is done. I have not asked my girls yet, but I know they will say yes. I am going to give them small gift weekend tote and matching robes. With my sister getting married in August it's been a little difficult to plan and help plan since I am her MOH, I also moving September 1 and starting nursing school in August so I'm trying to plan everything before I start. I am doing feathered centerpieces, our wedding theme is the Harlem Renaissance. Our colors are Navy, Burgundy and Gold. I feel like I should get moving.....

We’re getting married on March 23rd 2019 in Maplesville, Alabama. So far I have put together a wedding planner with ideas, drafted the guest list, booked our venue, booked our photographer, bought my dress and today I bought all of my save the dates,invitations, RSVPs, and thank you cards due to Vistaprint running a sale for 33% off. Our wedding party also has both the bachelor and bachelorette trips planned and paid for. My girls and I are going to New Orleans while the guys go to outdoor off-roading park in Tennessee 💕

I am March 16th too! We just booked our venue this month, my brothers are the officiant and photographer, and we have an appointment for a cake tasting next month. So far that is all except for a few little things here and there.
