I do sort of consider myself a prude but I was in no way offended by the thread. I thought it was informative and awesome..

I am however offended by WHOEVER THE FUCK FLAGGED IT.

@Kathryn...it was just a general discussion Q&A thread that FMM created with WWKatie's approval. There were rules to follow that everyone adhered to with a wide range of helpful topics that some ladies had already said helped them out immensely. It really was a great thread.

I had to leave for a meeting and I didn't get to finish it but it was going well when I left! I consider it totally normal and healthy to talk about sex in a wedding forum. Especially for the virgin brides! Sex can be scary if you're not informed!

This is what I had written before flaggers decided to ruin the day. It's important so i'm posting it here and in the other thread.

Ladies—Vaginal health PSA- Please don’t douche…or use scented soaps. Your vagina is self-cleaning I promise! A mild soap…AROUND the area (not in the vagina or the folds (labia’s) is all that’s needed.

It is normal to have a scent…it does not make you dirty or gross. If the scent gets stronger, or is paired with burning, discharge, itching, etc. Please see a doctor because it could be an STI, yeast or bacterial infection...these all need to be treated differently.

Also antibiotics can cause a yeast infection, if you get one please don’t be embarrassed…TONS of women get them, just make sure you treat it.

Everyone here has to be over 18 too, so it's not like someone can say they flagged it because of the children. LOL.

What drives me fucking nuts is that:

    1. IT WAS CLEARLY LABELED NSFW.

    2. There was 100% no judgment, fighting, passive aggressive, or snide remarks at all. There was no "stupid question" at all. ETA: But "stupid question" I mean nobody was belittled or talked down on or told someone their question was ridiculous or "HOW DID YOU NOT KNOW THAT?"

    3. It was very informative.

    4. We all have sex.

    5. I hate that we as Americans, and we as women especially are constantly being told we can't talk about this stuff. Everyone does it. Everyone is curious. Everyone has questions. It is 100% unhealthy and unfair to be uninformed and uneducated about a major part of a healthy relationship.

This very type of attitude is part of why so many of us struggle sexually! In our culture we have been taught that sex is dirty and wrong, so a lot of us struggle with being comfortable and confident in that arena. That's really unfair bc it negatively effects us in our relationships. If we could be more accepting about it, people would be a lot happier bc they'd be having better sex!

It makes me sad to think of all the orgasms that will now not be had because of the flagging.
