Okay so I am stuck deciding between white and diamond white for my maggie. Of course they didn't have mine in either so I'm not quite sure how it will look on for either color. Does anyone have any suggestions or comparisons between the two colors? Pictures would be great, especially if you have a satin dress so I can see the fabric.

Also, I've heard diamond white is hard to match with the grooms tuxedo shirts and vests. Anyone have experience in this?

@ Tiffany, I love your dress. It is stunningly beautiful.

I am assuming mine is white because the only 3 colors DB offered me were off-white, ivory and white. I knew definitely NO to Ivory. I've never seen myself as an Ivory bride. But I didn't know what off-white was so she brought me a dress in a style similiar to what I was looking for & to me it looked as if it were a white gown that had hung in a smoker's home in a closet for years getting ruined by tar stains. So I wasn't but on off-white either. I am a pale girl but the white actually looks good against my current skin tone. But I am using a Lo'Real spray tan a few days before the wedding for my legs, arms, chest, neck & face. (I can't get in tanning beds after an incident in high school were I suffered 3rd degree burns on my back, chest and legs. I have scars in the heat so I just stay away.)

Thank you! I look forward to wearing it in a couple months!! I didn't like off white either, it didn't look right. But my Diamond white truly is white just softer, I didn't like the stark white with my blonde hair and skin tone.

@Starsteph-My maggie dress is also in Alabaster! I love the color, my bridal store said it was between her white and ivory. My consultant actually told me she never recommends stark white on a bride because it can easily wash you out. It's not always true..but for my fair skin tone I went with the alabaster for a warmer feeling

Yeah the dress I tried on was in alabaster which is why it's so hard for me to imagine it in white or diamond white. Whoever had to come up with this second "white" color is really just making it that much trickier to pick out a dress lol.

Mine will be a very creamy Ivory. Something to keep in mind as well when looking at the samples in the store...they have been exposed to the air and oxidation occurs making the dress seem darker than what it will be when you receive it.But here is my dress in white and you can see how stark it is

I seen a gown online I wanted to try on: Allure Bridal Gown #9158, color "white diamond" and it looked like a silvery color to me which I LOVED! When I went into the bridal shop to try on the Gown, the sample they had was a white diamond. I was very excited because i thought it was going to be the same color as the picture and once I got the dress on it looked white to me? am I the only one who thought that Diamond White looked silvery to them? It looked like that in the photo. Google the gown # and let me know what you guys think. Anyone Please?I cant be the only one
