Ashley, i am not pregnant but otherwise can relate 100%/ he snores all night long and when i wake him up to tell him to roll over he yells at me for waking him up. it really drives me crazy. i probably got a total of 40 minutes of sleep before the next time he would wake me up.

I've stopped snoring, now that I have a CPAP machine. However, I still have restless leg syndrome. Even with medication, according to my sleep study, I'm kicking 30 times an hour. Poor NotFroofy feels like she's trying to get to sleep on a trampoline!

My FS doesn't snore, but he is a big sprawler and spooner. Dude, I can NOT sleep when he's got his man-weight squishing me. Really, I just get too hot and uncomfortable and don't want anyone touching me while I'm trying to sleep. So I shift over, he follows me, eventually I walk around and get in the bed on his side, and so on.

Maybe he needs some breath right strios and those mouth guards from the drugstore, they are supposed to help stop teeth grinding?

FH snores like a freight train, and has restless leg. He did a sleep study with a CPAP and it didn't help him at all.

He got a spray called Snore Stop and it helps alot, except when he's been drinking.

You might suggest a trip to the dentist for both the snoring & grinding to prevent future dental issues. My husband ended up w/ a $16K set of caps, & extensive surgery due to his years of grinding (a malady often paired w/ snoring). After the surgery he was fitted with a mouth guard - a welcome side effect was a significant decrease in snoring.

I've been through the studies myself. Just short of being diagnosed with apnea, forgot what my numbers were, but the longest I stopped breathing was almost a minute! It's been a few years since I had the study done. But I read this on CNN the other day: http://pagingdrgupta.blogs.cnn.com/2010/12/14/get-some-sleep-no-snoring-is-safe/?hpt=T2

My FH doesn't really snore but he makes this noise in the back of his throat, like he's trying to talk in his sleep but it's not quite working. Anyone see "The Grudge"? It's like that. And that noise creeps the heck out of me. I elbow him "accidentally" and sometimes it helps. Other times I have to wake him up and tell him to switch the way he's sleeping... he also hogs the covers =(

Oh goodness! I'm not alone. He bought a mouth Eduardo but it made him gag. He has tried at least. Once I'm asleep I'm fine but getting to sleep is the hard part. He's out before. His head even hits his pillow!

By the time my FH and I get married we'll have lived with each other approximately 3 years. He snores, but now that's we've been together a year and a half i've gotten used to it. And when he does it really bad I hit him and pretend to be asleep Smiley tongue He can't get mad because he doesn't know I was awake, haha! And usually he'll snore so loud he wakes himself up before I have to.

OTC mouth guards may be worth a try but didn't work in my husband's case, it was quite a fitting process, but as stated earlier it has helped the snoring and (long) breath holding that I forgot to mention.
