Oookay...our restaurant tasting may have been a little TOO successful, as I really liked all of the entrees. FH has picked the non-seafood options and our vegan guest is covered for apps, dinner, and dessert, but I am trying to decide which seafood entree would be the most crowd-pleasing since they're all good. I've narrowed it down a little.
Salmon Alla Bella dipped in egg and parmesan batter with lemon-caper butter sauce
Imperial Salmon stuffed with mascarpone cheese and spinach with leek and lemon cream sauce
Herb Crusted Alaskan Halibut with lemon-caper butter sauce
Mixed Seafood Grill - Mahi Mahi, Salmon, and Prawns with Champagne Herb Buerre Blanc (Edit: this is out now since I've been reminded that a lot of our guests keep kosher and wouldn't be able to eat this)
I'm feeling slightly paralyzed with indecision lol...
