Which seafood entree?

Yum they all sound really good... A mixed seafood grill sounds amazing! I do have to say though, the Salmon Alla Bella is my absolute favorite though!

I would go with the halibut, for sure!! I think that's, by far, the nicest fish on there.

With the mixed grill, they'd likely only give a very small piece of each item. Plus, you'd have to make sure they can omit the prawns for anyone that has a shellfish allergy but still wants to eat fish.

@MFB ack, good point! We don't have any shellfish allergies that I know of but we DO have a lot of guests who keep kosher, so that's out!

I'd go halibut or mixed grill

Side note...the BEST seafood entree they had was a calamari steak that was TO DIE FOR, but I know that would go over like a lead balloon in my family lol. -_- Maybe they'll let the bride have calamari?

The Salmon Alla Bella would be my pick! The Halibut also sounds great!

I think the halibut would be liked by more guests. Obviously you would be giving them a choice, but since my DH doesn't like salmon, and I have a shell fish allergy, the only fish that would appeal to both of us is the halibut.

I don't think you can go wrong with either, all sound amazing. But if it was my choice it would be the salmon stuffed with mascarpone cheese, I mean is stuffed with cheese!

Thanks guys, I think I'm going to go with the halibut as it seems to be the most likely crowd-pleaser.

I favor salmon and I think more people are familiar with it.

Salmon Alla Bella

I vote for Halibut. I know a lot of people that either don't like salmon or cant eat cheese, so I think Halibut is safer, plus I LOVE halibut!

I really dislike breaded or battered fish, so I would definitely go with the halibut!

It's an option, but I know that a lot of people in my family don't like calamari and a lot of them are going to want the seafood option since dinner is at a seafood restaurant. FH thinks I should ask for one just for me lol, but I'll just get the halibut and make the calamari and excuse to go back there for anniversaries and such.
