    Dating was shorter at just under 9 months. But I knew I wanted to marry him after about 7 weeks. Smiley winking

    Our engagement will likely go on for a couple of years yet, due to us being long distance.

    We had been friends for 3 years and 4 months when we started dating, dated for 3 years and 8 months before getting engaged (our 7 year mark of knowing each other), and will have been engaged for 1 year and 4 months when we get married (also our 5 year dating anniversary)...
