Where my August girls at?!?!

Hey. I have tons left. The guys suits.. still picking music.. need a videographer still..deciding on food for the ceremony.. still thinking of the flow.. waiting on rsvps which is like torture as it couldn't have been any easier..Eeekk... working on decor. Lol I'm very ecstatic too though. I also need to write my vows. I have never put so much effort into anything and I can't believe I have so much left still to do. What decor you working on?

What's your walk down the aisle song and the song that will play after your vows? Oh first dance song too? Lol.

As for the first dance song, we will be dancing to "tangled up in you" by Staind. My fiance actually had that song picked for us since the very beginning

It's coming up so fast!
80 days for us. I'm working on centerpieces, and still have to do a detailed timeline.
I just picked flower girl dresses and bought our unity glass.

August 31st! We’re putting our wedding together pretty last minute, so we still have a lot of work ahead of us. It’s pretty small (our guest list is 50 and we’re pretty sure some of them won’t be able to come), and so far everything is coming together.
The next big things are getting a photographer and my dress. The venue is amazing and really won’t need much decor. We decided on fajita buffet for dinner, which we still need to book, but our venue has a preferred caterer we’ll probably use. Cake hasn’t been ordered either but we both have pretty simple tastes and I’m not too worried about getting that and/or some cupcakes ordered.

August 24!! I have most of the big stuff done but it’s getting to the point in planning where I’m second guessing everything. I already ordered a new pair of earrings lol. I did some DIY projects this past weekend which was a nice stress relief actually.

View Quoted Comment My biggest piece of advice is to number your rsvps!! You will get ones back with no name written on them and numbering saves the hassle of having to call around or figure out who’s rsvp it is!

Just 80 days left. We have everything done so far. We just have to pay the last payment for the decorator and waiting on the RSVP's. As the time gets closer the more nervous I get.

I am trying to figure out my ceremony

August 24, and according to the Knot checklist, 50% done! (Probably more, there's some stuff I'm waiting to check off until I sign contracts and such.)

All the big stuff is done, now we've got the little stuff.
Our invitations came in today! So excited!! This is REAL.

73 days left, 8/10!
Over the weekend, we picked our cake flavors, had another photoshoot (I guess I would call it engagement photos), and I had my bridal shower.

My fiance has gotten a lot more involved; which I am so happy about. Right now, we're just in the process of receiving RSVPs, working on our timeline/logistics of the day, and all of the other small details to come up. We're getting our marriage license July 5th. Until the big day, we're truly just enjoying the planning and can't wait to be married!

We're actually so excited that we already booked our anniversary vacation for next year haha. We're going on a cruise that I was interested in for our honeymoon!

We have 67 days, ahhh! Invitations are getting mailed out TODAY! I also have my hair trial and a meeting with our DJ today, so it’s a big wedding planning day. The two next big things to do are write our ceremony and get fiance’s wedding ring, but we have lots of little things left. Oh, and I have my first dress alterations appointment on Saturday, so I hope that goes well too! So excited for all the other August folks!
