Yup, dollar tree. If you don't want the extras, and you have time until your wedding, you can buy them here and there until you have enough. There are like 4 Dollar Trees in reasonable driving distance from me. This is what I did to gather items for my oot bags. =)

I love oriental trading almost as much as VP. I got my water bottle labels, bubbles, gift bags for OOT. I think my MOH is ordering decorations from them for the shower also. They are so cheap for a girl on a budget lol

I got our bubbles from Michael's when they were on sale and also used a coupon- I got 200 for $30.

Walmart has packs of 100 for $15. I bought 2 ppacks from there. They are the wands and you can tie a ribbon around them or something. And they make TONS of bubbles!
