Where did your groom and groomsmen get their suits?

Joanne, on November 29, 2012 at 9:56 PM Posted in Planning 0 12

Good night ladies! I am diligently working on the attire fir the bridal party. I have been searching, emailing, and making appointments for my ladies and my gown. Yet, I have no clue on the guys! I don't want rentals. I want them to be able to have this suit after the wedding. Any helpful suggestions?

Thanks!

We got our suit for $79 at mensusa.com, you have to get the pants hemmed after you order it, but the quality of suit is great! And the price is even better!

And we got our ties and pocket squares from http://www.solidcolorneckties.com, for $5 and $3, again great quality, and an even better price!

FH is buying his suit from Jos A Bank factory store. He and his groomsmen are planning a trip to the outlet to buy the suits but they also can be ordered online. The factory store has a buy 1 get one 50% off sale but the suit FH want is not on sale.

I'm having the guys buy their attire from like sears or JcPenney's! I will be buying FH's belt, tie, and probably vest from Walmart (he's only wearing it for one day anyways)

JCP.. you might compromise on quality but it would probably be cheaper than renting.... Also, photos would come out very nice anyways.

Men's Wearhouse Smiley smile My Groomsmen didnt want to buy suits but I didn't really like the look of tuxedos... they have three button tux suits so they look more like a suit and my groomsmen don't have to keep em and clean em and all that so they're thrilled, I'm thrilled and not a bad price Smiley laugh

Got a coupon since I got my dress from DB

If you register @ Macy's, you get a "buy 3, get 1 free" coupon for all men's suits and suit accessories (shoes, ties, pocketsquares, etc). We did this because we had 3 groomsmen and DH so it worked perfectly and after all was said and done, the guys had only spent $200 ea for a brand new suit that looked awemazing Smiley winking

We're going through Men's warehouse, only one of our gm ever wears suits so it would be silly for us to have them all buy theirs.

They quoted us 160 something....the groom had an option of a free tux rental or a free suit up to 300 or 400 bucks. we had a coupon from a bridal show plus they gave us a discount because the BM are using DB
