Where did you get your wedding rings?

We got FH's band at James Allen (online) when they had a Black Friday sale (which I only knew about because of @PunkinBeer's tip... thank you thank you!) I got mine at TwoBirch.com, and they also have 25% off sales fairly frequently. I'm very pleased with both, and so is FH! His is pictured here:

I got mine for FH's friend from college who owns a retail diamond company ( basically he sells diamonds to Zales and what not). My wedding band came from Blue Nile and I love it.

Helzberg diamonds we went on Black Friday and ended up getting a free Xbox one s, pretty cool!

We had the diamond already from my grandma's ring and took it to a local jeweler and bought a setting. My wedding band we got from Kay.

Jared, Kays, Zales, and a few others I can't think of right now are all the same company. Just something a lot of people don't know. I used to work for their corporate office. It was hilarious when people complained about one store then said they were taking their business to the other. I was like, that's great! We are using Shane CO

A local jeweler that has an amazing reputation. But I used to work at Helzberg Diamonds for five years in college and they were a great company with nice stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from there too.

@FutureMrsH - THANK YOU. I just found a band at TwoBirches.com that I absolutely love and I've never heard of them until you posted. I want an etched/engraved band with milgrain on the side and you would not believe how hard it is to find a women's band like that! THANK YOU THANK YOU!

We got our rings from Kay's-we have had good experiences so far and I've been wearing the engagement ring 14 months with no issues as of yet.

Maurice's Jewelers in Miami. Personally I am not a fan of big retailers because I think the quality is not as good.

I poured over sales at local and big name retailers and the dedicated jewellery stores are so much more expensive than I expected. the best deal I got and unexpectedly too was kohls. 14k moissanite band from 1200 to 250!

After visiting all of the big chains (jared, sales, Kay...) I found Helzberg to have the best deals, friendliest staff, best insurance policy, and best quality. It was a very easy decision for us!

Both my engagement ring and wedding band came from Littman Jewlers. They seemed reasonably priced for me and we caught a sale both times. FH got his band from Zales.

My e-ring came from Kays and my band came from Sears

My engagement ring is from Zales, one of my bands is from Kohls and the other will likely be a custom from Jared's. FH loves a band from JC Penny but wants to check out Jared's before making any final decisions. If he doesn't find something he really likes then I'll be getting him a custom one from Etsy.

We bought my ring from a local jewelers.

My band I got from Shane Co. The local jewelers said they would make/find anything I wanted for my band, but I determined I cannot visualize, I need to see/touch/hold the ring to decide if I like it and Shane Co just happened to have something I loved.

We went to a bunch of ring places and the best rings seemed to be at local, individual jewelry stores, and the Shane Co that had on-site ring repair. All the other places in malls and such just seemed a bit worse. Another local jeweler had the most amazing bridal suite with 1,000 rings you could try on (just had czs in them) and it was fantastic when trying on rings.

@fall bride Agreed. All of our jewelry is custom made and comes from a private diamond broker. If you have the opportunity to go this route, jump on it. The peace of mind and quality service is unbeatable, and the prices aren't even comparable.

FH got mine and Helzberg. It absolutely love it. They were so friendly and he loved working with the sales staff. FH best friend got his fiancé one from greenbergs and the diamonds fell out 4 times and he had to buy her a whole new different ring. I've also heard horror stories about Kay's but I've never personally felt with them.
