Where did you buy your ring?

I'm ring shopping with FH and I just started browsing at my local Mall (Orlando FL) and stopped by JCPenney, Macy's, Sears, Heltzberg, Zales, Kay and some other jewelry stores to get a peek at some rings. FH wants a durable titianium or tungsten ring with no frills. I on the other hand am looking for a decent priced white gold and diamond band. Budget 1000$ for my ring. Where did you shop?

Robin's Brothers for my e-ring and diamond wedding band. Sam's club for our white gold plain wedding bands (both were I think about 200 each).

We also purchased the warranty to replace any diamond that falls out without extra charge, yearly inspections and cleanings as often as I want.

Fiancé bought it at James Allen (online company). He did soooooo much research and spent so much time. I’m obsessed with my ring.

I'm so scared about online shopping, I'm paranoid it won't be authentic and I like the idea of going to a physical person for cleaning and possible resizing.

I understand. My fiancé did a lot of research into the online stores to make sure they were legit. Mine came with GIA certification and everything to prove authenticity.

Also they have a satellite location in NYC so they resized it for free. I go to my local jewelers to have it cleaned. You don’t have to buy it from a jeweler for them to clean it.

FH got my engagement ring at Brilliant Earth, we are looking into local shops and Blue Nile for his. Blue Nile has some bands for men that are reasonably priced. If you like them I would recommend going someplace local first to get a feel for the size/thickness of the band he likes and then order something in that size from Blue Nile. I have used them in the past for jewelry and had a great experience.

FH bought from Diamonds Direct. I know they have several locations, I'm not sure if there's one in Florida though.
But we had a wonderful experience with them.

FH purchased my E-ring and wedding band at Zales. I'm looking at websites like Etsy for a Damascus steel band for him.

My wedding band was custom made by my jeweler, $1500. FH wedding band, we purchase at a gem show from a wholesaler, $665. We also purchased a set of titanium bands for the both of us for vacations, camping, the beach, etc. off of Etsy for $45-$55/per ring.

For my e-ring, it was custom-made and purchased at a gem show from a wholesaler (who is now my personal jeweler for future fine jewelry); dematoid garnets and diamonds in 14 karat white gold.

Engagement ring and both of our wedding rings were bought at Robbins Brothers. My husband bought the engagement ring himself at RB and then we bought our wedding rings together at RB.

We bought mine at Zales last night. It was $150 for sterling silver, which is the same material as my engagement ring.

We got ours on Etsy! Way less expensive and in my opinion way more options in terms of gemstones and affordability.
