Where Can I Hire Attendants for the Reception?

Ok, I need to find 3-4 people who can assist with the reception..mainly to check people in and make sure they are on the list... help those with reserved tables find their seats... Im, figuring that after 2 hours, they could go home. I know most people have family or friends help out in this capacity, but I want them to all be in the recpetion and enjoying themselves... are there any ideas you guys can share or point me to an agency or something where I can hire people??

I know my BFF had a co-worker and her husband do it. They were very gracious to be asked and still got to enjoy in the festivities. If you are set on hiring someone, maybe u should ask your venue. Is there a possibility to hire a hostess/extra member of their staff for the evening?

We actually just hired staff for our wedding today. Google Event staffing or check with catering companies. They usually can help you with this.
