How far is it from the ceremony site? How far is it from your pictures site? How far is it from the reception site?

My venue has a bridal suite and bridesmaid suite. We will be making all of our group pictures before the wedding. We are having a private first glance then pictures, pictures and more pictures. We have to be there 3 hrs before the ceremony.

I'm getting a hotel room the night before in the area so hopefully no more than 10 min away from everything...then I get to use the venue's bridal room an hour before the ceremony. The ceremony, reception and pictures are all at the same place.

I'm getting ready about 20 min from my house, in another town west of of my small town.

Then from the hotel that I'll be staying at, it's another 2 hrs to the Temple for the wedding ceremony.

We're gonna do pictures there at the Temple grounds. We may stop at a park on the way home for some more pictures too. I hope so, but it just depends on how we're running on time.

And after a short lunch after that, we'll be heading back up to another small town on the east side of where I live, approximately another 2 hrs from the wedding ceremony site.

And then after that the honeymoon is about an hr from where we'll be....

    Whew! Long day!!

Our ceremony and reception are at the same site, and there are separate rooms for the bride and groom to get ready in! The bridal suite is beautiful with dark wood walls, huge windows, a fireplace, and even a secret door so I can get to the front of the building without the guests seeing me!

About 5 miles, our pictures will be taken at the ceremony location at the summit of the mountain and our reception site is at the base of the mountain.

My mom wants me to get ready at her house. On one hand, I have no problem with it. On the other, it kind of makes me feel like I'm getting ready for prom, and I'd rather get ready at the hotel where we're having the reception.

Everything is less than 10 minutes away, so I am grateful for that!

Getting dressed at my moms house or at a hotel (undecided) but regardless it will be about 20 minutes from the ceremony site. The ceremony site is a beautiful park on the ocean so we are taking pictures there as well. Reception is 5 minutes away.

I'm having my hair and makeup done at a salon along with my mom, sister (MOH) and bridesmaid. We'll get dressed at the venue. They have a room or two on site that we'll use. Not sure what they look like though!

Our ceremony and reception are at the same location and also have a bridal suite where the bridal party will be getting ready.

Cabin onsite, about a 100 yard walk to the main lodge, then a dressing room there for the last half-hour before the ceremony.
