When to RSVP?! For a small engagement party, not wedding Lol

Of this year? girl you need to get those invites out yesterday! our date is the 27th of july and out RSVP date is the 1st. gives us about 2 weeks to track everyone down who didn't mail theirs in before any final counts are due.

We made our deadline one month before the wedding (today!), which ended up being really great because we are still missing quite a few from his side of the family and will have to call. Our caterer head count isn't due for another 2 1/2 weeks so this gives us plenty of time to figure out a final number before that is due. My stepsister did the same with her RSVP - the wedding was February 18th and the deadline was January 18th.

It depends on your catering, my catering was due a week before the event but I still did my RSVP date a month before the wedding. That gives me enough time to hunt people down and hopefully not stress about it

Haha- in that I would say about 2 weeks before, unless you are getting it catered/need a head count for rentals or something.
