I'm sure it's a busy time, but my wedding is in three weeks, and I emailed my planner on Sunday with no response yet. That is unacceptably slow, correct? I booked her and paid a deposit several months ago but am having a small wedding and had already made most decisions at that point, so there's been minimal contact since. Ugh.

    I try to get back to everyone as soon as I can, but weekend (which can now start on Thursday) it can be tough.

    Call. On Monday nd then Tuesday.
