Depends on what type of ceremony you're having. Is it a traditional Christian/Non-Denominational, Catholic, Jewish, or Muslim ceremony? There are different processional and placements for different types of ceremonies.

The mothers of the bride and groom are seated after all guests are seated, and immediately before the start of the processional music (This can also be done during the processional music.). They are usually escorted to their seats by a brother of the bride or groom, or by another usher.

After they are seated, the officiant, groom and best man enter by a side door and wait at the altar.

Groomsmen may also enter by a side door, or can escort the bridesmaids.

    Ring bearer and/or flower girl

    Maid or Matron of Honor

I should add in here that the groom and officiant often walk together down the aisle if there is no side door (since you are in an outdoor setting), followed by the best man, then the groomsmen.

In my non-denominational outdoor wedding we did this: First the parents were seated, then the officiant walked down, followed by the groom. The groom is usually at the altar for 30 seconds or so, then came the best man walking with the MOH, then the groomsmen escorted a BM, then the ring bearers, then the flower girls, then THE BRIDE!

If you have a planner or coordinator they can plan this for you, or even the officiant will do it sometimes.

I am having casual backyard wedding (well casual for them but I bought the big wedding dress lol) so FH and groomsmen will walk to the front with the minister.. Then my MOH, then my flowergirl, then me and FIL to be ( my parents health wont let them drive 18hrs)... I don't have a bridesmaid, cause my So called friends decided other things were important.. so I just stuck with MOH best friend and my flower girl...... but thats my order
