Of course I don’t mind! The wedding is in Clearwater Beach, Florida. There were a lot of more expensive options around but we booked a city owned venue where we could choose a caterer and are very happy with our choice!

Hi! I'm looking in Philadelphia for around the same price point, do you mind sharing what caterer you are using?

Right now if nothing changes we are looking at $135 pp. It would have been $175 but we are BYOB’ing for the open bar because we are having a Sunday wedding. That $135 includes full service staff, appetizers, entrees, desserts, linens, dinner ware, silverware, drink ware and bar service.

Some of your numbers shock me! We are paying about $1,100 for 45 people. Not too bad as I thought it was going to be an insane number.

Hi! I actually work in the catering business and it super depends... What was included in the price? Full service or buffet? How many courses? Dessert? Drink service? Alcohol? A lot goes into different prices!

About $15,000 for 60 guests - pause for reaction 🤣 in my defense, this is at an all-inclusive Resort in Key West, and includes a 4-Hour Premium Bar and Wedding Cake.

We are going to be paying just over $100 per person for our venue, Anthony Wayne House in PA. It's amazing catering by JAM Catering, they're a local company that uses produce from local farms and makes everything from scratch! The food and beverage are really important to us so we wanted to go with someone we would trust to knock it out of the park. I have also been to a wedding they catered and it was delicious. Agreed with what others have said - know what is included in your packaging, because if you have to rent a bunch of linens, china, pay for extra staff, it gets $$! JAM also lets you stock your own bar which is actually going to save us a lot. They are super to easy to work with which we really value too!
