What's one thing your fiancé(e) would spend less on for the wedding?

Definitely the DJ! He says, "do we really have to pay someone to just sit there and press the play button?"

Photography. So I am handling that one.

My fiancee would probably say all the decorations I keep finding. He has it in his mind we need to do little to not decorating because both our locations are super pretty. I still want to dress it up and make it our own though!

Everything. He wants a small wedding and not a very fancy wedding,but he's letting me get my way.

We've discussed everything along the way. The cost of photography is a shock and we're still figuring that out. I've been looking and the challenge is finding a photographer that matches your style. i also enjoy taking and editing photos-- they're so personal. We may have our guests take pics and put together an album that's a melange of everyone's. My family also knows how to use a camera and has an eye for photos. We'd like to get some formal pics, though. We're getting married in my hometown and live on the other side of the country, too. Any advice? Wanting to see the pics a photographer takes immediately is where I'd be a bridezilla-- the photographer would have to view the photos I have on social media to see my preferential style for photos.

If it was up to him he would just get married in the courthouse, probably lol

Ummm. I don’t think anything. We are planning our wedding with our wants, we know what’s most important and what’s not, and we aren’t “settling” on anything we want for it.

Not sure. We made the budget together but I’d guess floral even though it’s already a small budget.

Honestly we’ve been on the same page about everything. I asked him what he thinks our budget should be for each thing before I started looking, he even paid for my dress himself because he thought it was a great deal. It’s a relief because I fully expected a gripe here or there about the cake or decor.

His only gripe has been photography because he thinks that’s just ungodly expensive in general, he knows we’re paying well below average and we couldn’t do better. In FH’s dream world we’d pay with monopoly money lol

Everything. He was happy going to the courthouse. The big wedding was for me (but I think he’s not so secretly excited about the big wedding!)

My FH will not spend less on anything. He said my wish is his command.

He didn't realize how expensive venues are. He still thinks we can find something cheaper in the mountains than 3200 for 3 days.

I think he would pull back on the photography!
