What vendors to include in catering count

Which vendors do you include in your catering count? I've heard various things on this. Like, I know the planner is obviously included and my DJ, and I know not to include the hairstylist as she is leaving, BUT who are you including? I'd rather include more than less to be safe! My ceremony...

Which vendors do you include in your catering count? I've heard various things on this. Like, I know the planner is obviously included and my DJ, and I know not to include the hairstylist as she is leaving, BUT who are you including? I'd rather include more than less to be safe! My ceremony musicians are only booked for an hour so I wasn't going to include them. Opinions and advice welcomed please Smiley smile

    Vendors meals should cost less because they don't include alcohol -- not because they'll be a sandwich & bag of chips. I couldn't believe it when a pro photographer told me that an expensive venue handed the vendors a box lunch with a stale sandwich and a bruised apple.

    Officiant (I have to ask if she and her husband will come to the reception).

    I'm including my two photographers, DJ, and officiant. Side note my officiant is related to me and a priest. Those are my only vendors.
