What type of fabric do I need to accomplish this look?

(Let's see if I post this pic correctly) I know that's not organza and I don't think organza will drape the want I want it to. I'm thinking maybe it's a chiffon? I can't think of anything else to use for the draping. I absolutely do not want tulle and I don't know that organza would achieve the...

    The way it is draping, it looks to me like gauze or a cheesecloth type material. It's definitely not shiny and if you look at the first drape on the left side, you can see some wrinkles.

    When I was hunting for fabric at Joanns for my bridesmaids dresses I really liked the crinkle chiffon but it is quite expensive. I found some drapery fabric in the home decor section that looked and felt just like it. Best of all it was $1.99 a yard and I used a coupon.
