What type of dress to wear for a courthouse wedding??

So... I am pretty sure that my FH and I leaning towards a courthouse wedding but I'm not sure what to wear?? What would be considered too much or too little? I Was thinking about something like this... thoughts? Opinions?

    That dress is beautiful. Wear whatever you want! Just because you are going to a courthouse doesn't make it any less of a wedding
