What the heck does BAM mean?

I've been on here since May, which isn't that long, but I have been quick on learning all of the lingo and abbreviations....except BAM. I gather that it's something to do with after the wedding, but could someone elaborate on it's exact meaning?

This is still a misunderstood abbreviation in 2019!
I seen so many ladies post it and I was so confused.
