What should the groom wear after the wedding?

After our wedding at WDW we are planning to go into Magic Kingdom with our families. Unfortunately, I can't wear my dress into the park, so I bought a short dress to wear after the wedding for the park and dinner. I'll be wearing this dress (although I'm short so it's probably 2-3 inches longer on me) and probably cute white flats (walking around Disney World). But what should he wear? Would it be really tacky for him to wear nice jeans and a tuxedo t-shirt?

People will definitely recognize the two of you as the bride and groom, I don't think it would be tacky at all. Just make sure your shoes are COMFORTABLE.

I would say since you are going to be dressy, he should be too. I would go with some slacks and a nice shirt and maybe some loafers rather than dress shoes with all the walking

Cute dress, but the tux tee shirt... no. Too casual for your dress. The mickey ears will be adorable. But have him in some kind of nice white shirt, like a Tommy Bahamas shirt or something similar.

Love Hayley's shirt idea. On a side note, consider bringing a coat with you too. I went to WDW in Dec a few years ago and it was quite chilly.

I agree, I think maybe the white shirt would be better. I'll keep that in mind about the jacket. I went in November a couple of years ago, and it was warm IMO, but better safe then sorry!

I missed the part about it being a t-shirt, I thought you said tuxido shirt and jeans. I agree that he should match your level of dress. So at least a dress shirt and nice jeans. My daughter and her husband wore their bride and groom ears for their 1st wedding anniversary/belated honeymoon at Disneyland.
