What should I put on about us for wedding website?

I have how we met, should I also include individual interests and careers or just keep it centered around us as a couple? I'm writing it and it's starting to feel like a personals ad haha. Just curious!

I was initially going to do a timeline style since we've been together 10 years and have moved around a lot and experienced a lot of milestones together. But then I got tired of trying to word stuff so just deleted it.

I am surprised to hear so many people saying that they find it awkward.

For our website, I did a photo of him, a brief paragraph about him (job info, where he grew up, his family, and a quick blurb about hobbies), then a photo of me and a little paragraph about me, and finally a photo of us together and a little bit longer paragraph about us as a couple (how we met, when we got engaged, our pets.)

We both have some far-flung family members who have never met one or the other of us, and even ones who have met the other partner may not know or remember everything from the little bios. Plus, I'm not sure it would be "too personal" to share basic facts about your lives with your guests. The only remotely "gooey" thing we have on ours is one line about how we both feel that the best thing about our relationship is how we support and motivate each other.
